What does he have to smile about? He's alienated his family and friends, failed at everything he's attempted in his life, morbidly obese, a pathological liar, unhealthy, broke, regarded as the 'village idiot,' lives in a crap-filled dilapidated trailer with an equally obese girlfriend/additional SSI check that sleeps all day, living a life that is comprised of sitting in recliners watching Jesus TV, making self-serving video rants, going to doctors appointments and getting handouts at food banks.

This is true; but its as though he is incapable of joy. I mean, he keeps saying he needs money and help from others - having a clean home will help the guy. He won't need money to shift himself and clean up a little...jeez.

I think he is just so deep in denial he can't even face the fact that the state of the trailer is up to him. If every damn thing isn't someone else's fault or if his PhD and prophecy aren't real, his ego will just completely deflate and he'll fight that tooth and nail.

I do think Bob does believe in his god. And he is doing the right thing by spreading the word.
But yes, he does have ulterior motives. He wants attention and he wants money.
Man, if he had a physical church can you imagine the state?
He was a bit happy when KF closed last month... that was replaced by anger when it reopened though.
I am surprised local churches give him money to help him pay for stuff. They're effectively paying for his cable and satellite, despite his claims it's money needed for his and Rene's meds. He doesn't seem to realize that cancelling them for a couple of years would free up some money to eliminate his exorbitant debt payments. But he seems to think that cable and satellite rank up there with oxygen as life requirements, and healthy food and meds are bottom of the list of importance.

In one of Pastor Slob's ranting videos he showed Rene passed out in her recliner in the middle of the afternoon. Slob mentioned that this is what all of Rene's medications do to her. She wakes up, eats something, sleeps all day in the recliner, wakes up, eats dinner and goes to bed. Slob said this is how he would be if he took all his prescribed medications. It's obvious, from Slob's psych profile and his daily behavior, that he suffers from mental illnesses and personality disorders.
That requires being controlled by medications.
He's also an asshole and profoundly stupid. But, there are no medications to treat those afflictions.
Nevertheless, Slob, being smarter than his doctors (because he's a real doctor and they only graduated from medical school, passed their medical boards and are licensed,) has decided not to take his prescribed medications because he doesn't want to sleep all day, like his girlfriend/welfare check.
As far as Slob is concerned, it's OK to keep Rene medicated all day to shut her up and cash her SSI checks. And it's OK for him not to take his meds.
Because he's a chosen one that God talks to directly in his psychotic bipolar delusional dreams (that Slob wouldn't have if he took his meds.)

I never saw him praying, did you? he's got over 500 videos on youtube and no one saw him praying.
You cant help but to wonder what kind of christian is he really?
It is well established fact that he uses Bible for talking down to others and for his own personal gain.
He claimed that he's a chosen one and that God talks to him directly.
Until I see him, in the video, actually praying to the Lord I can't be convinced that he is nothing more then a false prophet.

He definitely had a chuckle (I remember, because it sounded exactly like the Pilsbury Doughboy) at that Atheist Jew guy, making fun of the way that kid talked, but I wouldn't call it actual mirth.

You can really see an improvement in his mood (IMO) when he's involved with the community, and feels like he's doing something vital. The way he says "hello" to people, I think he was in a good mood.

Hopefully this summer Pastor Slob will add a cement pond and critters behind his trailer.
And strap Rene's recliner, with Rene in it, to the top of his shitbox van.
This is a win-win: She won't need her CPAP with a 40 mph headwind and eliminates the problem of cleaning her dirty CPAP masks.
