Here is Bob on his CAER page talking about participating in another parade. Now I can't find any pictures of him actually driving in the parade. So I am going to assume he is telling the truth and believe that he was so boring that no one cared to take a picture and post it with their other pictures of the parade.

I liked the disclaimer, that he would not be throwing any candy... presumably because he'd already eaten it all!
 
He sneaks into a parade 4 counties and 130 miles away from his trailer where the locals wouldn't know who he is.

Compare the raffle to Bob's illegal raffle that gave no drawing date and probably sold no tickets and gave 100 tickets to Rene or himself so he wouldn't have to giveaway the things he got for free. Of course, real Christian would give those items for free but Bob is not a Christian in any way. And he certainly wouldn't pay for any candy, considering he got thrown out of Dollar General over a dollar.
 
Dellroy? I thought he said Delaware, Ohio. My mistake. So I suspect he just snuck at the end of the parade trying to do more "stolen valor" by getting to a local Firefighter homecoming parade and equating himself to real firefighters and first responders...

In Bob's fantasy land, before stepping outside every resident of Carroll county first logs on to his Facebook page to check the weather and determine the best route to take. Then they all thank him for his undying dedication to keeping Ohio safe.

In reality, nobody cares. Everyone's phone can tell you the weather immediately. If there is an road closure, people put up detour signs so you can drive around it.

Bob's a joke.

Most GPS apps have a traffic app in them and will automatically update your route. Some even have that for free.
