Actually, it belongs to welfare. Their monthly checks to Slob pay for his internet account.
Since Slob doesn't have a congregation, his sham "ministry" wouldn't exist without internet access.
On a bigger picture, Slob wouldn't exist without the internet.
No sham ministry, no sham Care Bear Patrol, no trailer park weather reports, and no sham non-profit "organizatuon".
He'd simply be an obese, toothless, racist, angry, ready-to-snap retard, that can marginally read, write and speak English, sitting in his recliner watching Jim Bakker all day.

In the age of the "influencer" (someone with a camera who believes they are qualified to give advice on the internet) I think Slob should add "influencer" to his resume'.
His lifestyle, persona, and appearance influence everyone who view his videos:
1.) To eat a healthy diet and not become morbidly obese
2.) To bathe often
3.) To avoid Christianity
4.) To not spend above your means
5.) To change your clothes more often than once a month
6.) To take good care of your teeth
7.) To not become a hoarder
8.) To learn to read, write, and spell correctly so everyone can understand you
9.) To not be a bigot or a racist
10.) To practice proper personal hygiene
11.) To always tell the truth
12.) To not run afoul of the law and not be arrested, convicted, and imprisoned
13.) To take medication(s) prescribed to you
14.) To not distort, twist, and manipulate facts to alter the outcome to your benefit

Good thing for the citizens of Carrollton is they already have a professional weather station run by professionals that the NWS accepts reports from while ignoring Blob's that is less than one mile away from the city center. NOAA weather radio actually uses the station on it's radio broadcast.

Bob didn’t like that his information is not being used. Well at least he can report every time his rolled roofing gets damaged. At the end of his Carebear video he admits he’s not very motivated anymore. Could depression be starting to sink in? A like without any achievements after his paper boy award is a pretty depressing.

More legitimate than what Blob will ever be as a public safety officer.
And he claims to have his finances under control. He pays all his bills and then spends the rest on necessities. Of course "bills" includes premium cable and satellite, $600 in cash advance loans (which cost $768 in fees every year - wow, how many radios could he buy if he buckled down and paid them off and never used them again?!)
I believe that van he's talking about, he defaulted on the loan, and the finance company didn't want it back!! It would have cost them more to repo than they'd ever have made back on it - even as scrap.

They sure beat the alternative of loan sharks who break legs and necks if you don’t pay them back. Desperate people who need money have many worse options at their disposal than payday loans. Bob and Rene can’t turn to prostitution since there are no takers.
