He's partially correct, they can't garnish his disability and they can't take his primary residence.... BUT... They can still have a default judgment on file which will fuck up his credit rating even more should he need it AND also means when he dies, they will take his trailer on probate and Rene will have to leave. Also having bad credit can make his auto insurance rates go up. And if he would win a lawsuit settlement or something, they can go after that.
