He thinks he has an automatic trademark because he made something. What he doesn't understand is US copyright on Fair Use. If you're making a commentary or satire you're covered. Posting his work and commenting on it or satirizing it he thinks is illegal.

I was just starting to worry last night that he was going to dry up, but I'm so happy to have been proved wrong. It's good to have you back Bobby, crazier than ever. The madder he gets, the more you can watch his IQ slowly tick downwards. These new videos are solid gold!
