Saw this on page 9 of this thread, he likes to phone in threats, because the town wanted him to clean up his garbage, so he threatened to kill the mayor and was found guilty. I wonder how "Doctor" McKim acted while in jail?

For Bob not to be able to see his children unsupervised means that the judge thought Bob was a threat to his own children. Was he molesting them or physically abusing them (or both). Bob hasn't said a word about it yet. I wonder if they made the "doctor" take a shower while in jail?
