Those “business colleges” are diploma mills financed by government-backed financial aid. Bob once again freeloaded on the taxpayer to get this worthless piece of paper that never earned him even one dime of income.
Many of the students at those colleges will spend years getting every possible diploma as a way of getting government Pell grants and student loans — which they blow on nonsense like HAM radios and have no intention of ever repaying. Bob wasn’t smart enough to take any more classes, alas.

Bob set a Mansfield College record for most extra credit work ever submitted while doing his LGBTQIA+ Studies doctorate.
If I'm not mistaken his Peace Officer Training has expired. Certificate was issued 4th November 1992. At the bottom it notes that there is a Requalification on 5/4/94. Does that mean that there is a 2 year requalification required. Did he requalify in 1994? We need to see the 1994 requalification certificate. Was there another recertification required in 1996??? Seems this may be evidence that his degree/diploma is a worthless piece of tp at this point.

Bob claims that it's a one and done type thing. Maybe other people need to get recertification but he doesn't because he's already got a hi-vis vest and a hat that says security.
