The disgusting reality is that Bob sells Rene’s painkillers for bacon money and lets her suffer so he can stuff his gob full of pig meat (forbidden by the Bible BTW). He has no shame.

As I understand it, isn't Dollar Tree a franchise operation? This might go some way to explain why RLM's local doesn't take his kind of benefit card - their terms and conditions go on about their partners - so potentially a franchisee doesn't have to partner with the benefits provider, and would explain why it works in some places and not others. Also, they need to trespass his ass, you could see the total disinterest on that poor clerks face as he's spilling his tales of woe.
 
Family Dollar/Dollar Tree is not franchised and neither is Dollar General or Walmart. They do however have districts, regions etc that might have different systems for processing cards. Maybe the older stores perhaps use a different register and processing software for cards vs a new store. Edit: I do know the closest Walmart to me and another one about 30 miles away have two different keypads and software for handling payments as the displays are different.

Nations Benefits is an OTC (over the counter) card. As the name implies they are primarily used for medicine and not all stores take them.
If Bob was a smart man he would have either checked Nations Benefits website to see what locations accept the card and what items can be purchased with it, or he would have called the store themselves and asked.
 
Bob has admitted he never bothered to register his “organization” as a 501(c)(3). It is not a non-profit org. It’s a non-revenue, non-donation org. Nobody can get a tax break for donating to his arson, recliner raging, and constant attempts to cause car accidents. But as we’ve seen over the years, literally nobody wants to give him a dime.

It doesn't take more than a minute or two to figure out that Slob is nothing more than a perverted, morbidly obese, retarded narcissist, that gives himself titles, likes to play dress-up, begs for money, complains when he doesn't get enough free stuff, and can't read, write, spell or speak English beyond a 3rd-grade level.
