Well he has to go to get his toe nails cut, see he's too fat to reach his feet to do it himself, there's probably a good reason that Renee can't do it, and a manicurist would charge him money!! So he gets it "free" at the doctors office.

If I had to choose, I'd rather cut Rene's toenails than be her OB/GYN doc. And it's a safe bet that Slob probably can't reach around to wipe his ass. Their recliners need HAZMAT warning labels.
