Then how are they pawns, if they have no king? Also, Christians are very hard to beat, if you can't checkmate them.
Checkmate, atheists

Edit: Know what, let's drag this some more. You know what else pawns can do? Turn into a queen

Because some images of pop culture may as well be used for overdone advice animal may-mays. There did exist an Atheist Arya advice animal which could no doubt be euphoric. Also, if the king doesn't exist, how in the hell is it a checkmate? Wouldn't the game technically not start since there wasn't enough pieces for the other player?

Brannon Braga (the writer who, along with Rick Berman, pretty much drove the original Star Trek franchise into the ground) described Star Trek as an "atheist mythology"... even though the central plot of Deep Space Nine (widely regarded as one of the best Star Trek series) pretty much revolved around the Bajoran religion and the battle between the gods and their enemies. Then again, we can't expect much from the man who created that POS Enterprise.

Regarding that Spock pic, I love how these idiots don't even know how to play chess.

Anyway, The Raw Story has a lot of pro-atheist, anti-Christian articles.

Just because it's an independent news site does not mean it's biased.

And then there's this clown:

You all know composer Brian Tyler, right? You know, "The Recycler"? He's an atheist. That would be fine and all, but apparently, he's an euphoric atheist. It's bad enough that he follows Dawkins and Krauss and all that, but he follows the Amazing Atheist, MrRepzion, JaclynGlenn, DarkMatter2525, and those other fuckers.

I know it's bad to judge someone by who they follow on social media, but this is just disappointing. So much for being a professional. He's also quoted to say "I became an atheist through years of studying to be a Christian apologist.". Either he's lying or he had bad sources. Needless to say, any respect I had for him is gone.

So has anyone brought up what a goldmine the atheism subreddit is?

r/atheism you mean? Don't know much about it but I did hear it's one full of cringe. I only remember reading one post from there and it was basically one where the OP said he played Honest Hearts of New Vegas and killed one or two NPC's because they were Mormon's. While one may be free to do what they want, one would at least try to understand the plight of one of said NPC's in what happened to his people, especially since the Legion wanted them destroyed due to association with the Burned Man.

Also, pioneer of intellectual renaissance? Didn't Europe had one long before this guy was alive?

Oh yeah, the athiests on reddit are massive pseudo intellectual edgelords. They claim to be great thinkers that are going to crush all religions beneath their feet on their way to ruling the world or whatever, but funny thing is most of the time they know even less about science and philosophy than most other people. I just think it's fun to briwse around and laugh at all the funny shit they say.

Ahahahahahahaha, what a loser.

And you're right. R/atheism is full of fedora-lords.
That subreddit is one of my least favorite places ever. And I'm including concentration camps, coffins (as in I'm dead and have been placed in one), and frat houses (it's a thing, don't ask) in that list--and that subreddit is still ranking higher than those on the "places I don't want to go" list.

SO SMART AND BRAVE
That last one, know more of the Abrahamic religions than their followers. I know that can be true with some Atheist since some of them would no doubt do research but the guy just comes off like those that try to sound like they more know than others when in reality, he most likely doesn't. Knowing more requires more than just reading some internet articles and Wikipedia such as understanding what midrash is or why Ramadan occurs beyond just fasting. Not only that, but since it's all from his perspective, one can bet it didn't really go down like the way he claims. As much as how the Abrahamic religions did come from a time where humanity would be seen in this day and age as primitive and barbaric, one would wonder if euphorics like these guys would at least get their heads out of their ass and at least try to understand more to some of the religion before just coming to a conclusion.

I don't think that anybody has mentioned this yet but atheism and autism are only three letters apart
Wouldn't it be two if you kept the "t" and moved it around? Also considering atheist and fedoras:

I can only ask: what if science doesn't respond? I have already been holding my phone and asking hello. Joke aside, how did the whole fedora thing get associated with atheism?

I don't think it originally was (or is) associated with atheism in particular; fedoras became associated with arrogant, holier-more euphoric than-thou losers (usually Redditors in particular) after people noticed that said losers seem to like wearing them because they think it makes them look cool:

Fedoras are used to describe quite a few groups, actually, although they all consist of douchey, smug men. When you think about it, the intersection between euphoric atheists, neckbeards, Nice Guys, and white knights is pretty fucking blurry, honestly.

It's a real shame, because fedoras look amazing when they're worn right.

@Cosmos
The funny thing is that those guys (except Indiana Jones) are wearing the short-brimmed Trilby instead of a regular fedora.

I hope that the fedora will become cool again one day, once the euphoric atheists die off like the dodo.

...Sadly, I've argued with several who managed to breed. :heart-empty:
