Very few people should not get it. Those with severe auto immune issues or cancer shpould avoid J and J but fair well with Moderna and Pfizer. Those on certain medicines need to delay the timing of the vax by 3 or so months. Mainly those on the -mab meds.

Besides, she doesn’t actually do anything like hang out with others. Just sits at home day in and day out.

Forget COVID ... A common cold could kill her at this point. With her lack of nutrients, her organ failure, and obviously her size, a common cold for her could easily become bronchitis or pneumonia.
