I knew someone a while back with a horrible ana fetish stemming from his very first girlfriend who was sickly and frail, I can't give a lot of details and don't want to derail the thread, but it's nearly impossible to cure a deep seated fetish like that. Poor dude can't hold down a relationship with a normal healthy woman because he's not sexually attracted to someone who isn't a bag of bones. Another dude I know went completely the other direction, he had exposure to an anorexic relative as a child and the horrors turned him into a chubby chaser, not quite feeder level, but close to it. I believe castration reduces sex drive to the point there is little to no chance they'd still be dangerous.

She may have filmed a bunch of videos all at once to upload later on. Given her condition, I wouldn't be shocked if she did filming in bursts when her body was up to the task and then slowly released content. Does she run her own YouTube account, or does her mother also have access to it?

She already has foundation/concealer on when she shows us the 'beginning' of the makeup looks. Which is typical of beauty youtubers but damn am I ever curious as to how bad her face is without it. Her skin is slowly starting to get to that '60 year old woman' phase. You can REALLY see it in her hands. Looks like there's a weird bruise/discoloration goin on with the thumb area too.

I feel like she's hitting the point where she soon won't be able to hide the devastating effects anorexia has on the skin. Her skin and hair have withstood starvation so far, but they can't hold out forever. I'm morbidly curious to see how this will play out. Of course I feel sympathy - I can only imagine what drove her to start starving herself at such a young age - but only to a point. She's had chances to get help.

Might be odd, but looking into her content (and other ana influencers/flaunters/etc) has kind of given me a deeper sense of appreciation for my body (and just the human body in general). I'm flawed and have flabby bits like every other human out there, but o man, do my bowels function normally. I have energy to play with my pets, hang out with those I love. I can go outside and jog, feel the wind in my face, etc. The human body is an amazing thing capable of so much, and it's such a shame that Eugenia has reduced her body to this.
 
You can see missing hair in that video, areas her extensions don’t cover. Looks like she has more of a weave type thing than plain glued extensions. I wouldn’t swear to it but I wonder if she’s lost so much that she has to braid it and sew hair in rather than just glue strands on?

Her eyes are probably dry, she’s certainly dehydrated. But eyes with that much lid area also tend to look a bit odd without makeup.

Those eyes are every makeup lovers dream, so much you can do with them, unlike, say, hooded eyes where all you can really do is try to create the illusion of space. But with that much lid real estate, a girl almost has to wear something or she can look a bit weird. I’m not saying go all out like Eugenia usually does, but some shadow, liner and mascara would almost be a necessity to prevent them from looking too recessed. But Eugenia’s are really dry and red, which she tried to cover up before the video started.

In her Sailor Mars there is some seconds where she appears without concealer and her skin in her face doesn't look that bad but it can be magic from the color correction
