Firm believer the most effective form of intervention for her is either her family taking all social media away (not gonna happen), or YouTube and/or Twitch deleting her channel for it‘s dangerous content (not gonna happen). I unfortunately think it’s too late for her and that this is probably the end. Okay, sorry if powerlevelling, but I've been kinda vibing in these communities for a very long time, and from what I've seen most people not only are aware, they are aware that they're basically utilising their disordered eating as a very slow suicide method or at the very least as a form of self-harm, where the feeling of control and/or perceived "prettiness" is worth it all.
I mean, it's hard to ignore negative symptoms even at a relatively normal weight - especially bulimics, ppl with ednos, etc., so imagine Eugenia's state, where she constantly twitches, skin and bones hurts all the time, vision is deteriorating, she probably has those mini-heart attacks often (not sure what the correct term is), I think even chugging a glass of water would feel painful. She's lying to herself and her audience, but she definitely knows what's up. She's trying to fake it till you make it but the only thing she'll make is the mortician's table. Or, if "lucky", a feeding tube and another decade or so of misery.

I'd love to add that looking sick is a whole point too, because it might gain sympathy and care from others. Controlling and/or distant mothers, for example, might cause their kids to develop EDs, etc.

She says that before she was admitted she dreaded walking up the stairs because her mattress gave her bruises. I’ll link the video, the first ten minutes might give some insight into what Eugenia might not be showing on camera.

Yeah I don’t even get the point of interviewing her. The second the interviewer even hints at her problem I wonder if she’ll call them a hater. They should absolutely still go after him for how hard he’s been on her throughout the years, but I think including her with an interview because not only will it prevent the viewer from getting the full story of the situation, if they aren’t allowed to mention her ED, but it gives Eugenia more positive attention that she so craves.

Yes, starving does fuck with a brain, because your body is literally eating itself including brain.
No, that doesn't mean she can't make her own decisions, or be able to give a good interview, if there are specialists on set - and discovery can easily provide that. It takes a long, long way for the cognitive decline to happen, and as for now she's mostly just delusional, because people like Kati Morton and her twitch simps keep feeding into those delusions.

Not only do I think she won't make it a year, I don't thinks she cares. I'm sure she's thought of her family celebrating the holidays without her. Somehow, I think Eugenia feels trapped, not in her disease, but in her life. Becoming bones is the only thing that is her decision-she feels. (Of course, nobody is trapped, she could leave even if they’d cut her off.) She's not rebelling because it's clear her family doesn't care, and her friends, while trying to help her out of love, didn't do it right (and she went way downhill after the intervention when she’d been holding steady.) Can't blame Jacklyn for that ( despite her fake boobs, onion, you retard) as she got terrible advice from that fake therapist, and she went too public too fast with Shane’s video.

Bottom line is she loves the way she looks. She knows every bit how skinny and shocking it is, but in the proana circles she’s the ideal.

Oddly, I think if her prized hair came out in clumps it might shock her. She loves her hair as much as her bones and going bald might make her want go recover, at least until her hair was back. It's thinning, but still longer and thicker than many healthy women’s hair, and I believe it's real. She also uses it as proof of health, but I think she really loves it. Even then, while that might give her pause and even make her rethink (plus realizing how much wigs will hurt on a bald head.) I think it's too late. We aren't going to see her have years in this condition like the Lich Queen.

Its really dark but I cannot see a repeat of last time where Eugenia was removed from her parents. I think about who can detain her and no one can. A team cannot really get around because her age, over hear mental health teams can section if you are a danger to yourself but I know for Americans its different. The relapse has wrecked her body so badly but I assume her odd demeanour is due to her blood sugar level because it must be everywhere. She sits in streams for 8 hours ingesting nothing. Her recent week off could be but it may of been due to her slew of youtube videos because it must take a lot of energy.

There was some rumour about Shane coming back with Eugenia but that is not going to do well

I watched the first minute and the body checking was off the charts according to other sources they did say it was pretty bad apparently. I did not realise she took a week long break due to "drama" but it was probably tiredness.

She is not at the level of last Jan but she is close; she is using a lighting trick to counter the skin discolouration. Her immune system must be fucked I forgot about corona even lol
