I hadn't watched one of her videos in a while and Dear Gawd this one is irritating. Stream of consciousness rambling and so many jump cuts I was actually getting nauseous. wtf

She got that glow like she did a pound of coke while she took a vacation in Auschwitz

The gloves she's wearing in the Jinx cosplay make her hands look like they aren't really attached to her somehow. Kinda weird. Her hands always bothered me until I realized that the problem is that her fingers are shorter than the bones in the back of her hands, and mine are the opposite. Once I noticed that I was okay watching her videos.

The red legs worry me. Could be a sign that blood isn't getting all the way back up to her heart. That's not a good thing.

I'd say girl looks like she's not long for this world, but apparently these women can survive for years looking like this, until their hearts finally give out that is.

Eugenia is a sad case because she actually seems like a nice person but that fear of lack of control over weight is her hubris. She does not look well at all her skin is worse than before she went in rehab. Which is worrying also the problem is when you regain weight with anorexia it puts your body under a lot of stress adapting hence why you have to gain it back slowly. She is going to get a lot of damage muscle wise through relapsing. A lot of relapsers die due to this because their body going too and thro. If she is bulimic, her body like her stomach and tract will be damaged a lot too.

Eugenia knows damn well that she's unhealthy and just enjoys the attention and concern. She likes being the most popular anorexic because nothing else is going for her. Most likely she'll never be able to have children due to the damage to her body if this goes on for a few more years and she peaks 30. Once she starts hitting the wall (if she lives that long) she's going to have a rude awakening when the pro-ana pedo creepers who tell her she's sexy all leave.

I know she acknowledged that she is bad at putting wigs on, but... God, she is bad at putting wigs on.

To be real though, I find Eugenia hard to watch. She seems like a nice person but she is so far gone. She actually looks worse than she did coming back from rehab. I wish she would go back and stay away from her mother upon getting out. Cows with support systems that enable their behaviours and make their shitty situations worse are just outright depressing.

Edit: Fixed grammatical errors.

I don't know if she deserves lolcow status. Anorexia is a serious disease. Its not like she's shoving model trains up her pussy or declaring herself married to Shadow the hedgehog. Its kind of sad really,

Lots of cows have serious mental illness. What makes her special that she doesn't get a thread? She's just as much of a watchable trainwreck as the rest of them.

I have never watched more than a few minutes of her videos. They are obviously body check videos for her and nothing beyond that.

i dont know how many times i need to say, the purpose of this thread isn't that she is some degenerate funny cow, its more horrorcow status if anything else, but i went for trainwreck since she's something you can't look away from even though you know its gonna be terrible. Not every thread on the farms is a "haha funny" thread. The Schofields come to mind. There's also Ashley Isaac, anachan supreme and lich queen.

I think she has a hard time doing it because putting a wig on generally requires you to hold and move your arms above your head, and she doesn't have the muscle tone (any at all) to be able to do that without getting tired really quickly. Because it honestly looked like she didn't even try, which makes sense since she has literally no energy to try.

Posts like this are useless and annoying.

I feel like the only really noteworthy thing about her is that she's still alive. Like, everytime this thread lights up I expect to read that she kicked the bucket... but no... she bought a new cosplay that doesn't fit cause she's too skinny for this world.

Has anyone considered that she may be in a conservatorship with her mom/parents? Similar to Britney Spears. It would explain certain details about her life (always in the house/unchecked internet access, not traveling alone, basically doing everything with her mom when she's not in her bedroom, etc etc)...

I may be the odd one out on this, but I think what her “friend” did in tricking her into coming over so she could get her sectioned was pretty fucked up and 100% not the right way to go about things. Eugenia is clearly very isolated and doesn’t seem to trust most people enough to get close or make genuine connections outside of her family, and I’m sure that experience didn’t help with that.

I agree with you but I can understand why someone would do something like that out of desperation in order to get someone help, especially when it seems like no one else is doing anything and the person themselves can't see how sick they really are.

I think recovery was always going to be hard for her because she's still on bloody youtube. All you need is a bunch of genuine well-wishers telling her how much better she's looking and she's going to freak out because it obviously means she's put on weight. Plus her family seem to be enabling it so she didn't stand a chance once she came home.

I dunno, I can't really see what else could have been done. I agree it'll be even harder for her to trust people though (especially people who seem to be doing shit for their own content - and she should avoid them anyway) so I'm not optimistic about her future.

Eugenia had allegedly not seen a doctor in 5 years, multiple attempts were made to talk to her about her condition in private before taking the decision to commit her. She also would not have been committed if she passed the assessment by the doctor who visited her, but he obviously saw how sick she was. Please suggest a different way to get someone into some kind of help for mental health when the person in question does not even believe they have a condition in the first place. Mental health is a shitty one. Getting involuntarily committed is awful, but sometimes it has to be done in order to save someone's life. When else would someone step in? How much longer do you wait for the person to help themselves when they already look so unwell? A person may kick and scream their heart out for you to leave them be, just like if you tried to stop someone jumping off a bridge, but do you just let them keep going because it's fucked up to force them into getting help they don't want?

Eugenia is still in a lot of denial about her condition and can't see why what her friends did was necessary- she doesn't believe she was so sick she needed to be forced into treatment. She likely did not see how borderline skeletal she was, as per the nature of anorexia & body dysmorphia. Many anorexic people literally see themselves as fat. 'Body Checks' are not just for vanity, the person is checking themselves out to see if they need to lose more weight. They see normal muscle on their body as fat that needs to go. Unfortunately it seems the rehab/treatment Eugenia went into was just to feed her up to a level where she wasn't going to die and not some kind of treatment program to offer her actual intense therapy and assistance long term (she says she isn't seeing a therapist at the moment because she doesn't need to, she saw one when she was sick and that was it). Anorexia is a life long condition, it's not gonna be something that just gets better and goes away and unless Eugenia accepts that she will continue to relapse.

Having friends ready to make that decision to step in is a lifesaver for people with severe mental health problems. If Eugenia was schizophrenic and not eating because of delusions, avoiding any help because she thought the doctors were gonna put chips in her brain, would it still be fucked up to trick her into getting sectioned? Because anorexia is just as much of a severe condition as schizophrenia is, and kills a lot more people (it has the highest mortality rate of all conditions for a reason). Yeah it's shit to see, but if no one else was going to help her then someone had to do something. We all saw how she deteriorated over time and none of her family were stepping in to help her get better, what her friends did was not only right but ballsy- it cost them the friendship in the end to save this girl's life and now she is relapsing and they can't do anything as they've been cut off. With all the people around her pandering to her, supporting her point of view that it was fucked up that her friends did what they did, will only encourage her to cut off more people.

I didn't mean to sound like I was pandering to her. I was trying to avoid that actually! I don't think there was an alternative - she urgently needed help and someone had to do it. I think the thing I find fucked up about what her friends did isn't that they tricked her, because there's no other way she would've seen a doctor, it's that they made videos about it for youtube straight after. Unless I've read it wrong and that's not what happened, in which case just ignore me.

I think we definitely have fundamentally different perspectives on all of that, so I’ll just agree to disagree

they didn't make videos straight after, it was months after and also after shane dawson released his 'documentary' on eugenia's return to youtube and 'recovery'
it was intended to show that the situation eugenia painted in shane's video, where she said her friends went behind her back etc, was not the whole truth and the whole situation was a lot more complicated, along with the fact the therapist shane worked with in his video (Katy) was also in contact with jaclyn advising her how to get someone committed against their will when they won't get help themselves.

i'm interested in what kind of perspective you have, but thats bearing way off topic so i guess its something for a deep thoughts thread or something
