Its an addiction. Neither will get better with any level of help unless they want to (and those two dont). Just like you can force an addict to go to detox and they will just relapse right away if they have no intrinsic motivation, you can force a skelly/deathfat into a program but they will just resume their ED once they're out unless THEY want to change.
 
I'd rather have a deathfat as a daughter rather then a skelly, but that's because a deathfat's real problem is binging on ultra-processed junk, rather then healthy stuff. For those volume eaters, they would likely eat a ton of healthy food that has been cooked right and made quite tasty. For a a skelly, they'd resist eating and there's a risk they'd even purge which is gross and wasteful and frustrating, no matter what food it is most likely.
 
Wish I had some recent pictures of her. I'm so curious how she looks now after being forced off the internet. Been about 10 months or so? Wonder what she does all day...

Her last video was about a year ago, but I found a TMZ article from December about her at a Florida airport. That seems to be the most recent sighting IMG_4110.webp

These have been posted before. It still amazes me how they're on the opposite ends of the scale. There should be a Supersize vz. Super Skinny episode with these two and they could call it 'Family Edition'.

It’s actually super common for people with ana to come from families with overweight and obese people. Like an extreme overcorrection of their surroundings.
I love Supersize vs Superskinny way too much. I wish it weren’t so difficult to find episodes
 
I am actually kind of surprised that there haven't been any known Disney World sightings this year. I wonder if TMZ scared the family off from going? This is really the longest gap between appearances that I can remember in eugeniology.

They used to follow a very predictable pattern of something happening, Eugenia disappearing for 1-2 months, followed by Eugenia spotted at Disney in borderline lingerie.
