Im deeeeeply skeptical of professionals reviewing video of people they’ve never interacted with. I’m not seeing the preceding confusion she is, just her normal airheaded self, though she is definitely distracted by pain. She notes she has trouble zipping the bag but we already know she plays up her weakness. That said, it’s an interesting video (I did not know about the crossing arm thing) and she could easily be correct. Something looked very wrong beyond just nausea.

I always doubt when they don't specify what level of professional they are and claim expertise. Medical professional could be a former nurse, phlebotemist, medical aide, MD, whatever. I know because my mom and cousin used to be nurses like 5+ years ago and would still absolutely claim to be a "medical professional" akin to this.

She also could be the same level of "medical professional" as me. I volunteer to teach CPR and BLS for the Red Cross sometimes. I wouldn't call myself a professional of anything medical. Though I can do CPR pretty damn well on a dummy.

I go back and forth on this, though, in the past, she has been caught putting a blue butterfly on some of her posts, which is a known thinspo or anorexia community symbol.
I don't think this has ever been properly established. While it's not outside of the realm of possibility, and from what we know about her brother is it does run in the family, at this point she is so consumed by her ed I'm not sure you would be able to reliably diagonse her with something like autism.
Or to put it another way: At this point, her mind has been so thoroughly consumed by the mental illness that is a severe eating disorder, that there's no room left for autism symptoms to show themselves even if she is autistic.
The anorexia (ironically) consumes All.
She is absolutely going to get taken advantage of if that were to ever happen. That is, of course, assuming that her parents haven't set something up in case of an extreme circumstance. We frankly just don't know enough about her parents, particularly her father, to have an answer to that.
The family is very rich though, so they might have lawyer already made plans for that kind of thing for them.
Her brother Chip is also autistic. The sad thing is, at this stage he might be more mentally competent than her; though that doesn't mean he's fit to take care of himself or anyone either.
Having kids with special needs is really really hard for parents. (And when I say special needs, I am also including severe mental illnesses.) Long term planning is more important with special needs children, particularly the ones who won't be able to care for their parents or for themselves as adults, and may not have a support system once the parents are gone. I have a lot of sympathy for parents who have to go through this. It is a unique sort of grief realizing your child will never be independent, never be able to care for themselves, and that you have no guarantee they're gonna be okay when you're gone and that they're not going to be taken advantage of when you're gone.
Good parents will plan the best they can while they're still alive, but even that is with the knowledge that again, there is no guarantee that their kid is going to be okay when they pass away. The same could be said of any child, I suppose, special needs or not, but if your kid doesn't have special needs, it's a lot easier to be at peace with them if they're a fuck up who can't take care of themselves because that's on them. It's different with special needs kids.

You’re not considered a medical professional if it’s a volunteer pastime. If it’s a source of income, then the “professional” noun applies. That’s not to say you’re lesser than someone else who is as qualified but gains income from their job. You can be an expert at something but not be a professional.

I vividly remember the other medical episodes she had was when she still had the energy to stream 8 hours a day. She had two I recall which weresevere kidney pain and heart coughing/chest pain "allergies" and was immensely embarassed on how she had to keel over in pain. Since that got worse, she's only gone to doing periodic livestreams and shorts instead of her 8 hour endurance tests.
I could still believe that she had a severe medical episode that likely was also related to her heart since this has given her issues before. Her jaw was acting up and clenching, her pupils are different sizes, she was clearly in immense pain when she usually hides that, he voice periodically went normal, her body was clearly hurting, and she's not posted or been live since then.
Unironically, the latter is the biggest indicator that something was actually wrong and it wasn't a bit. She usually makes it a BIG effort to "You g-g-guys I-I'm f-f-f-fine! Don't worry about me it's just s-s-stress." And I don't see that happening now. I am concerned on one hand, but on the other, it's not like we weren't prepared for medical catastrophes like this to happen a million more times while nothing happens to improve her ED.

Serious question: how much longer will she be able to keep such a young audience? There's a huge difference in the severity of appearance of an anorexic teen/early 20s vs what Eugenia is now. She's about to turn 31, and she's no longer just "bones", she is now also rapidly aging.

In regards to the "medical professional" debate, even if we were to be extremely generous and assume they mean doctor, there exists Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) and Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) whose holders call themselves "doctors". But considering they intentionally used the term "medical professional" instead of "doctor", I'm guessing they are low on the medical totem pole.

2013 clearly ana but could brush it off. She had a normal voice here and good, crisp lines. She had a sense of humor too in her videos.

I cannot accurately place this picture but based on her weight alone. I would put it between 2013 and 2015. Probably 2014 giving she liked to black and white her photos.
Feb 2014. Via her twitter. Skinny but normal. She was posting shit like "omg sitting on the couch is so fun!". When she clearly just wanted to take a picture.

I hate using the term "hit the wall" for women but her fine motor skills hit the wall.
Her last REALLY good make up year was 2022. Even here, she is doing thicker liner because she's losing it.

She also begins to almost exclusively wear baggy tops with legs showing aside from a few notable instances (slutty santa, mermaid, etc.)

JUNE 2024, post healthscare no makeup check. She can pass as someone dying from tuberculosis here. Baldagedgon has begun. The years have caught up. She's doing less and less streaming. Still has eyebrows. She still wears slutty clothes sometimes but again is mostly doing oversize.
Mid 2024 Those eyeliner lines ....yikes. Her cheeks are completely flat by now so she's clearly restricting only. Brows have a lot of makeup. She is also losing the ability to blend colors so her skills show loss.
JULY 2024, end of sharp lines and full liner. It's eerverr. Her birthday happens. We also have a rare video of her eating on camera over this time period.
Note that now she often goes for just ONE color of eye shadow or very light colors now since she cannot blend eyeshadow well anymore.

Motor skills are gone. Single color shadow and wonky line. Falsies sometimes but it brings out her lazy eye. She has better days than others and does not post daily.

Without makeup, even the most intensive skincare cannot fix this. She has dropped a MASSIVE amount of weight from 2023 and is starting to have issues with neurological functions with her lazy eye. I'm 100% sure shes on restriction only diet and is no longer "eating" the same way she did in 2024. She has been witnessed at Disney walking around. She's also not been seen in a super revealing peak slutty outfits for a long while now, but I'm sure it's the skinniest she's ever been.
However, she has not dethroned Ashley Isaacs on lifespan or appearance shock value. This timeline is also a visual reminder that there is no "worst case ever" of anas it can always get worse until the day you die.

I know I just made a post on her degrading makeup skills, but she has better days than others (likely directly correlated to calories in her brain). She did a sharper wing here and blended her colors instead of doing the monoshade and wonky wing she had been doing:
TIKTOK observations, she was actually drinking on camera during her episode. She basically used to never eat or drink for 8 hours at a time on Twitch and only got spotted willingly with food and drink in 2024. One of the few props I will give the makeup homos like Jeffree is they always made her join on water breaks on stream. She's clearly not faking her baby sips here so she was feeling really unwell to be able to stand sippy on camera.

Want to point out that this is considered an otorhinolaryngologic pathology, not a type of normal human variation. Basically, not being able to belch or vomit means your swallowing/digestive abilities are not within normal range and is a type of cricopharyngeal dysfunction. Specifically, not being able to belch almost always causes patients pretty significant distress (abdominal pain and bloating at minimum). There are treatments for it now, which are neat because people can be given a whole new bodily function.
To keep this on topic, the Eugenia subreddit is locked in the eternal struggle: alogs calling around to area hospitals and frantically trying to figure out how to report her mom to some sort of imaginary state agency, versus people who don't want their subreddit deleted for alogging too hard. Reddit snark communities are so dysfunctional that they are almost as entertaining as cows at times. Eugenia's, Meghan Markle's, etc, are frankly spooky places. It really makes me wonder why the Farms has managed to cultivate such a, quote, "normal" culture of commentators in comparison.
