Then I would argue (in conjunction with the rest of her face) she doesn’t really have FASD visual features. You can have it without those, but I don’t think the visuals point to it. I can’t comment on the potential of a genetic condition.

Also, re someone else’s question, there was this era maybe 5-10 years ago in beauty guru YouTube of massive overconsumption/makeup hoarding and showing it off, which has faded significantly bc it’s stupid and wasteful, but like many other things I think Eugenia has simply not progressed past this era.
 
Yeah Eugenia's definitely from the beauty guru and OOTD side of YouTube from many years ago in terms of that culture. Many fashion and beauty gurus had ED's too especially those that did OOTD (outfit of the day) videos. Back then you did NOT have to be politically conscious or have any sort of personality. You just had to look good, be skinny. Put on the makeup, twirl and blow a kiss to the subscribers.

The more time goes on, the more she looks stuck in the past. And going by that snapshot of that comment, I thinks she misunderstands what this person is saying to her. They are probably saying it more like, 'Doing makeup for over a decade and it still looks like that?' That is, little to no change up in style or aesthetics in over a decade. It's not a complement, it is a subtle jab that she fails to pick up on.

It doesn't help that her makeup skills have sharply declined since her relapse. I don't think she has the fine motor skills to do it anymore - if you compare her makeup from 2020 to now you can see how precise it used to be.

The thought of her exposing her state to children at fucking Disneyland is horrifying. Bitch should have been told to leave at the gate -- she's a walking cognitohazard/horror movie prop.

I was once on shrooms and I saw an extremely anorexic girl out in public and it really freaked me out. I can only imagine being 6 and with your family,

There is definitely a type of anorexic whose main hobby is exposing their nasty bodies to the public.

Two summers ago I managed to hang out at pools with two unrelated skellies. Both made sure they were mostly out of the water from the hips up the whole time (majority of people there were in the water up to their shoulders, swimming. It’s hard to explain without power leveling but both were indoor facilities so it’s not like they were tanning, there was zero reason to be out of the water). Both spent most the time scanning the room as well, rather than just enjoying themselves. It was so obvious that the goal was to expose themselves to the strangers at the pools that I will literally never go to a pool with either of them ever again.

This is exactly what Eugenia is doing at Disney. She has the option to wear some baggy nondescript clothes that will cover her up and not draw attention to herself. That’s what most of us would do, if some illness caused us to look like this. I bet she just scanned the crowds the entire time, trying to check if people were looking at her.
