I know that her failing makeup skills is something that has been discussed over and over, but in that overbite pic...
There's no blending. In the look she's trying to achieve you HAVE to know how to blend the black eyeshadow properly or else you're going to look like a fucking panda.
She's is really, really stuck in the past. Emo girls have refined their looks over the years and didn't drop the edgy look at the same time. What is common to see nowadays is a fine and sharp eyeliner around the tear duct to elongate the eyes and give it a more slanted look paired with the wing. Here Eugenia looks like she took a sharpie and just countered around it with no care in the world.
Someone with the same lack of skills wouldn't have a following. She' only gets attention because of her infamy.

I wonder if the hair loss and premature graying doesn’t register when she looks in the mirror? She seems satisfied with her appearance!

I was actually just reading some anorexia forum on Reddit or wherever trying to see if that underbite could be caused by anorexia (I didn’t find anything conclusive), but I got sidetracked and it seems like a lot of these skellies recognized they’d wrecked their appearance. Yet the skellies I personally know (I know two) get that smug look Eugenia has, and like Eugenia engage in borderline exhibitionist behavior. So some are definitely proud of looking like Slenderman.

Has she shown any insecurity about the hair loss?

She’s just jutting out her jaw to hide her worsening overbite, which is deteriorating because her teeth are coming loose and reverting back to how they were before braces.

As for the hair, I can only conclude she wants people to talk about how frail and ill she looks. She still has sufficient hair to hide that shit just by changing her parting, or using that coloured powder to camouflage her visible scalp.

It looks like it's a stringy, greasy mop. Limp and lifeless, obviously thinning with that mile-wide canyon of a part on her head. And this is her /GOOD/ side (as she refuses to pose showing us her left and insists on right-side posing).

I imagine that sticking my head into a mob bucket housing a 15 year old string mop used to gather tar and refuse from the communal piss-bilge aboard a ship would be more pleasant than getting a wiff of that unwashed mess atop her noggin. Ugh.

What's the over-under on her washing it more than once a week?

I wonder if she thinks conditioner will make her fat.
 
The recent photos really make it obvious her ears are low set and posteriorly rotated. That’s actually interesting to me as both are not common. That’s actually indicative of genetic disorders/syndromes most of the time.

She also has a wide nasal tip (or did when she was normal weight) and a very short face and very short distance between her lips and bottom jaw. It looks odd the more you look at her.

So like, she's like retarded or something? Because she's like super pretty and like yeah likes make up and clothes.

Seriously, curious to hear what your best guess is with her.

I am going to have to do some thinking because I need look at her whole and then in different parts. For example, look at her hands. Aside from being a skelly, you can see the middle phalanges are widened compared to the rest of the finger. I drew circles to highlight what I mean. A normal person has a finger that is generally the same width up and down. Not broad like this. Her fingers itself are normal otherwise, it seems.

If I find anything that matches etc I will def let you guys know. Maybe she has something skeletal. That would explain the low set and rotated ears. But again, I will have to look at her in different areas and see what comes to mind. Most likely whatever it is anyways is a random mutation unless her parents also display these same features.

I know it rules out all disorders with short stature, given her height.

If anyone else can come with something anatomically that seems weird, please point it out.

ETA: her toes seem a little odd as well. 4th and 5th toes are bent bilaterally.

The toes might be from wearing too small/narrow shoes?
Fingers are weird but she might just have no finger meats left honestly.

One of her pinky toes is undeveloped whether or not it’s the shoe causing the toes to curve. She also gets those weird ears from her dad as well as her long eyebrows. I’m just curious if it actually means something. Pectus excavatum can def indicate a genetic disorder.
