Face filler? Looks like migrated filler in her chin maybe her cheeks too. Her face used to be round and puffy (common bulimia Side-effect) in comparison to her body which looked skeletal. I remember one time someone on stream said she needed to lose face fat and instead of the usual “Ohhhh I’m sorry you feel that way!” she was genuinely quite distraught by the comment. After that her face started to look more “defined” wonder if she got cosmetic work done to look more ghoulish? Although now I think about it a anorexic might be so delusional she’d never get filler out of fear of it adding weight to her body. But just always found it strange the difference in how boney her face is now, from what I’ve seen the damage done by bulimia to make the checks so puffy is a long term or permanent side-effect. This one woman I used to know is cursed with what I call bee-sting cheeks years after her bulimic days (although maybe I’m wrong and she was still doing it but with no weightloss). But I don’t know it could be just further weightloss and quitting purging.
I don’t often look closely at photos of her. I just feel so uncomfortable looking at that degree of emaciation.
I had a solid look today and she’s really going downhill. She looks… brittle is the best word I can find. I don’t know if it’s due to a starved brain or losing manual dexterity but her makeup increasingly looks childish and cartoonish.
She’s always struck me as infantile but it’s getting really bad now.
Here is a video of him talking like an autistic pscyho to an AI Eugenia thing. I don't have an Instagram account so anyone that does can they comb through all this shit and archive this stuff?

I don’t think she’s had fillers, I think she’s way too self conscious about the roundness of her face to go adding volume. I do agree that there was a streaming event that set her off and I think since then she’s been in a turbo-starve spiral.
The post below ends with a video from her 12-hour live stream last Dec where she “has allergies” (starts crying) while getting a bunch of messages about how she doesn’t actually post any content and that’s why she lost her TikTok contest or whatever. Prior to this she still had some semblance of life in her face, but since then she’s looking more and more like the Lich Queen every day and leaning in to “edgy” content for views.
I think she was probably binging/purging specific “safe foods” and has cut them out in favor of a strict starvation regimen, combine that with her approaching (or being? idk) 30 and the result is the ghoulish face we’re seeing now. Even filters can’t really hide it

I could be wrong but I don't think Eugenia was ever a binge/purge type and perhaps never made a habit of purging at all. Her ED is obviously pretty bad, but I don't think it's bulimia. Not least because bulimic people are way more commonly average weight or even overweight, but because actual bulimics spend a significant portion of their day planning their binge/purge session and acquiring whatever specific binge foods they want until they can finally go to town. If she ever did that then she was exceptionally good at hiding it, but all the marathon streams make me doubt it. I think Eugenia's ED compulsions manifest in her spending the majority of her time filming herself in skimpy outfits and rewatching it to see what her body looks like, shopping online for new clothes (possibly this motivates her not to eat because she's terrified that if she does they won't fit by the time she gets them), and scouring the internet to see what people are saying about her.
I'll speculate that the lost fullness in her cheeks isn't from bulimia or fillers, or not primarily at any rate. Eugenia restricts fluid in addition to food I'm pretty sure, and there may well be a visible difference in her face when properly hydrated vs once she's gone a day or two without more than a few sips of water. If you're even a little underweight and your diet/lifestyle/overall physical health is generally shit, the gauntness and visible rapid aging possible between the ages of 22 and 30 can be downright shocking. Eugenia might spend thousands per month on expensive skincare, vitamins, supplements, and beauty treatments, but that can only go so far. There's no getting around it, you need to get sufficient nutrition and drink some fucking water, if you don't you're gonna start looking like shit.
Her eyes are facing two different directions in this picture. I get the feeling Eugenia's going to have some kind of serious health scare in 2025 or 2026 if she hasn't already. Her teeth are going to start actually falling out or she's going to start going blind or some shit - again, if it hasn't happened already.
But that's an interesting suggestion, that her weirdly full cheeks in stark contrast to her skelly body could be because of fluid retention. It's really weird, I don't think most anorexics restrict water like that, it's normally just food. I'm pretty sure most of them preach about drinking lots of water because it temporarily fills your stomach and can prevent fluid retention, resulting in a "lower" weight. In the end, people are all different and no two ana-chans are going to have the exact same food rules and rituals, but Eugenia's restriction of water is just puzzling to me.
My best guess is that she especially restricts her water (food too, of course) on days that she plans to stream and possibly for a few days beforehand because she thinks somefuckinghow that this extra fluid will make her look fat. I can't imagine her just never drinking water even when she's not streaming, though. Is her endgame really death after all? Oh, to be a fly on the wall in that tiny little husk of a brain of Eugenia's and see what she's really thinking. inb4 "she's not thinking " headass
Christ. I used to check in on Eugenia happenings years ago and then kind of forgot about her. Seeing what she looks like now is deeply unsettling, she’s even more of a sunken, ghoulish caricature. Idk, I feel like I’m desensitised to a lot of things but just seeing her body slowly strip itself of everything to keep going is horror material.
I just spotted this in the OP so super late, but that sounds like she is/was on medication management. Having an ongoing clinical relationship with a therapist you never see isn't really a thing, but plenty of psychiatrists work with/in a clinic that does both meds and talk therapy.

This brings up a really interesting question... does going blind improve anorexia symptoms? I know it's about control/etc, and not all body checking is visual (like being able to feel certain bones), but once you no longer have the option to torture yourself with food porn or thinspo, that's gotta help at least somewhat. Plus, losing your sight means losing your primary sense. Now you have a lot more time to focus on how your body feels and how it interacts with the world around you. Wonder if it's still worth it.
I feel for the young, early-20s Eugenia who was self-conscious about her chubby round cheeks and weak chin/jawline. In general it's just tough when you're "naturally skinny" but with a full face and weakly-defined facial structure, because there's no way to actually target weight loss to just those areas. You think your options are 1) cosmetic surgery, or 2) just lose weight everywhere. Big brain anorexics choose option 2. But there is in a fact a secret third option, which is to allow yourself to exist & age normally. Time goes by and then eventually you hit age 30 and you compare the mirror to your old selfies, and you realize that your facial fat deposits just kinda naturally went down over time, and now you have cheekbones and a jawline and you're actually kinda happy with how you look now. That's how it ideally should go if you're taking good care of yourself. Silly Eugenia you could've just been patient with the aging process but now you gotta deal with balding and receding gums and sunken eyes. Sad.
I get the feeling her mother was a pretty but very low IQ trophy wife to her rich father and after she did her duty popping out two kids she started going heavy on the boxed wine and Xanax. She seems about as out of it as Eugenia, just totally vapid and probably pilled up.
Could it have been one of those political or economic marriages, where the mother was heir to some big money, and just happened to be dumb as a sack of rocks? Or is that not a thing in the US anymore? My info is like 70 years dated on this.
Probably hyperkeratosis, pretty common in dogs, especially brachycephalic breeds like pugs, and mostly benign. It doesn't look like it's covering his nostrils and doesn't look irritated, so it may be better to leave it be.
