Potassium is my bet but it could really be any matter of nutrients she's missing out on because she isn't eating. As for previous discussion, i'd be very surprised if she gets more than 500kcal a day, if even that. 350kcal - 500kcal is what i imagine to be her daily intake because she still isn't gaining any weight whatsoever.
 
I just realized what her makeup reminds me of: when you try to do something ~*~fancy~*~ for Halloween and the lines aren't straight so just a little bit more... and next thing you know it looks like hers.

Her muscles are probably also fucked from wasting because she doesn’t take in enough calories to burn so her body has to take energy from somewhere.

Impossible to say exactly, but likely due to electrolyte imbalance from her lack of diet. Severe deficiencies (or even excess) of calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphate can all cause muscles to fire off inappropriately, this is because your muscle cells contract or relax with 'switches' that rely on these salts to send the electric messages.

Getting some cramps or twitches of your skeletal muscles is one thing, the bigger problem is that your heart is also a bag of muscle that relies on these salts to be balanced so that it can beat properly.

The most well known is certainly potassium, partly because it's used in the death penalty lethal injection cocktail to stop the inmate's heart. But very low potassium will also cause your heart to go into a weird rhythm (and then stop altogether). I believe you can also use it to kill someone and it's difficult to detect in the post mortem period, because most of the potassium in your body is inside cells (rather than floating outside in your body fluids), when you die and cells start to break down they release a bunch of potassium so if you try to test the blood it will show high potassium levels anyway).

Low Ca, Mg, and P also love to make your heart do weird rhythmy things, especially go very fast.

Aside from that, it could be medications she's on, or just being fatigued.

Her lighter eye makeup looks nice. Her filter failing is terrifying. I am so morbidly curious as to what is going on in her head. Cant help it, her whole situation just makes me sad and I feel like if she figured out what it is her psyche is missing, she could nurture that and have a normal enough life. But I dont believe she will do that, she is going to starve herself to death while pretending everything is peachy. How horrifying. I do expect that in the near enough future she is going to have a moderate medical event on live stream. Either vomits some, faints for a minute, shits herself and tries to hide it, a tooth or clump of hair falls out... I hate that I cant look away from this trainwreck. The human mind and body are fascinating.

Yeah, her eyes look sunken due to her low weight so she should basically be doing the same makeup you do for deep set eyes. Light sparkly or shimmery eyeshadow, dark eyeliner only on the outer corners and white or nude eyeliner on the water line and inner corners.

Eugenia is lacking the grapefruit sized silicone bolt-ons that were all the rage for a minute for bimbos in the late 90s, but she also seems like quite a bit less of a stuck up cunt than Posh Spice, so it balances out.

I agree that this is a much nicer affect than Ashley's perpetual misery and scowl. If someone has to parade their illness online better this facade of joy and whimsy versus Ashley's perpetual moaning and heaping of invective even if Eugenia is faking (which I know she is, no one who is genuinely happy would do this to themselves).
