even if she didn’t have significant brain and organ damage from years of ana chaning too close to the sun what do these people think she would do in recovery? Enroll in community college, pay rent, live like a grown adult?

I say leave her outside for the month of October to scare the kids then put her to use in a field of corn to scare the crows
 
I'm strongly in the camp that Eugenia is committed. There's nothing she'd love more than to go live and tell people that the crisis team found nothing wrong, the fact that she hasn't is very suspect.
 
If she has been committed, than I hope we also start committing every 400-500 pounder we see. My flights and shopping trips would by much more pleasant if everybody who allows themselves to weigh more than baby elephants would be locked up. At least I won’t find a skelly blocking the aisle in the grocery store since they’d never go in, and if they sit next to me on a plane they won’t take half my seat, and might even give me their peanuts.

Or, people can let people kill themselves however they see fit.

I don't think Eugenia is her cash cow since the dad clearly makes bank, but I think she enjoys living vicariously through her.

I want to believe Eugenia has been committed, but I'll believe it when there's some kind of confirmation since committing an adult involuntarily is pretty difficult.

I was casually scrolling and Came across her live again being recommended to me. It was definitely not pre-recorded but her mods are working very hard ln deleting any comment That isnt giving her bony ass-pats, and shes not addressing the Crisis team at all as if it never happened. The only thing she has said about it is "Its been a crazy/Rough Last couple of days" but has refused to elaborate.

People are commenting that theres "Bandages" on her arms, But I quite personally cannot see them.
I Would watch more but she started to put on eyeshadow and seeing it Dissapear into Her Eye socket made me gag.

Also, Didnt Tiktok Ban her main account? Shes very much back on it.

she said "people are targeting her and mass reporting her", people are sending so many gifts so i'm assuming she's making bank on tiktok now, also someone with the username "gethelp4ed" is gifting her and she's basically ignoring them since she usually says "thank you (username!)" for the (whatever gift) in that high pitched voice
 
Hot take, I guess, but I think involuntary treatment is deeply unethical in this case and most others. In general, I have serious reservations regarding civil commitment of people who do not pose a threat to anyone but themselves.

I do understand the gravity of Eugenia's situation, and I am aware of the mortality rate associated with anorexia nervosa. Compulsory treatment, including involuntary tube feeding, will probably save her life, at least temporarily. However, I'm not convinced of the long-term benefits.
 
Sorry if this has been discussed already, but does it seem to anyone else that her mother is legitimately retarded? She had a weird sperg-out in one video about the laundry and it just seems like she's not all there... like she's genuinely intellectually disabled. Could her dad be a JFG type potato-fucker and Eugenia is the result? It would explain why her mom doesn't intervene at all. She's just too dumb.

Yeah her mom strikes me as someone who probably mixes booze and sedatives. She reminds me strongly of a relative who was into the drink and pills combination.

Honestly if you watch that baking video of the two of them together you can tell that she's even more retarded than Eugenia with her starved ana-brain and Eugenia has to be the adult between the two. It's just shocking to see a woman at her advanced age be so utterly incompetent at simple tasks like following the instructions on the back of a boxed brownie mix. I'm really curious to know more about their background. Her mom seems to be just as sheltered and spoiled as Eugenia, if not more so. She probably comes from money as well.

Maybe they have some silent (or not so silent) agreement to just enable each others addiction and not say anything.

Honestly she seems way too out of it and retarded to be doing this kind of masterminding behind the scenes. I think that Eugenia is more of a functional adult than her own mom and probably takes care of her. At least that's the impression I got from that video where her mom had a total sperg meltdown over some laundry and Eugenia had to talk her down like she was her handler.
