Yeah the brother skirts a lot of the attention too. He goes out and helps film. Some people who are up into the sexual abuse issues have mentioned him, but since the mother has the most screen time out of the family, she gets the most speculation.

I do think it's just that she took a different direction than the rest of the family as far as their relationship with food. The distant father who probably just works and drinks while the family uses the money. She might have made a lot of money before, but she's a relic of old YouTube and those who hang on are fetishists or curious how far she can take this eating disorder until death since she's been online for a long time.

Looking up what became of some thots I liked, I discovered the rabbit hole of struggle porn. Tons of girls are active on C4S or MV offering custom content, but what they film for one person, they often sell publicly as well, even if it's super specific and they say the guy's name in the video. I'm not one to sit down and analyse her videos but God damn this compilation makes the struggle porn aspect so blatant. The theory has been active for a while but for someone like me who doesn't dive too deep, it starts feeling like these fetishists are in the dark and behind the scenes and barely visible. What is the significance of the hyperpigmentation? And is that the dark spots where her hair follicles are or the coloring that resembles bruising on her knees?

It's likely petechiae, tiny round brown-purple spots due to bleeding under the skin. I'm not a medfag so I can't say for sure what it means, but it's probably not a good sign. I found this article that says chronic malnutrition from anorexia can result in bone marrow suppression and thrombocytopenia, or low platelet counts, which could definitely cause widespread petechiae.

Anorexia nervosa has now destroyed her reproductive ability, it's a form of early menopause in a way and is regarding her hormone balance. It is not petechiae as someone mentioned.

It shows, when it is bad enough with those dermatological signs. The kid does not have long left I'm afraid without intervention, shame on her family.

Eugenia is not a kid. She is 28 years old. She is an adult no matter how hard she tries to pretend otherwise.

I know I’m being pedantic and it has nothing to do with the point of your post, and I proudly accept my autistic ratings in advance. I just hate how she frequently gets a pass as being some helpless little girl when she is a grown ass woman refusing to take responsibility for herself.

Alternatively, the bumps could have just been from shaving lanugo hair. Lanugo hair is a very fine, downy hair that grows all over the body to provide some form of insulation in the absence of adequate body fat. It's just a guess, but Eugenia, being as spoopy as she is, is probably covered in it.
