Not sure if anyone will find this interesting, but I do check Ashley Isaac's insta every so often. I don't do instagram and try browsing the net relatively private-like, so zero chance the reccomended people to follow are influenced by my browser, at least in this case. Cooney is the 1st person reccomended to look at by Instagram when going to Ashley's page.

Seems kinda...odd. I am paranoid of the Algorithm boxing me in, information-wise online, and I feel it is dangerous to allow these proana type rabbit holes to grow :/

I've had anas/anas in recovery/ED recovery types popping up on the explore page after looking at Eugenia's and Ashley's profs so there's definitely an algo

Most def on the algo, pretty freaky imo. But I don't have an insta account and just googled ash's username to get her page so I was not logged in nor browsing instagram whatsoever. Which makes me feel that this is like a default reccomendation? I only came here after, too, so idk if any weird trackers could have done it. But who knows.
 
Seeing Eugenia and the lich in the same screenshot is so interesting. I think the thing that keeps Eugenia from absolutely horrifying people as much as Ashley is capable of is the fact that her face still isn't super hollow. Considering the fact that she used to model, I really wouldn't be surprised if her naturally full cheeks and rounder face shape is one of the primary reasons her anorexia is as bad as it is.

Any time I think Eugenia can't get thinner, I pop over to Ashley's thread just for a reminder(:_(
 
eugenia definitely thinks she isn't skinny enough yet because you can still see her naturally round puffy cheeks, that's probably a major factor in her eating disorder/biggest insecurity (see video of her when a chatter donated to call her fat bcuz of her cheeks), which is exactly the only thing that keeps her from looking dead despite her falling out hair and teeth to big for her mouth

When I look at suggested profiles while looking at Ashley's, Eugenia is first recommended, followed by a bunch of other very obvious ana chans who I've definitely never heard of. I'm thinking there's probably something intentional there.

The algo is using registered users activity as a dataset then suggesting the same to you based on what little information it has -- that you're browsing the lich queen's IG.

Man, I can understand the "Oh you like cats? Here is a bunch more cats to look at!" Type of alorithm, but "Oh you must love starving women, here is all our best ana competitors!" Might not be the greatest development in AI...

Creepy and sad. But it got me to feed it...I did click on Euginia's profile. Was private or I got Meta'd telling me to sign up to veiw, don't recall which now. Then closed tab. So in a weird way I guess I am part of the issue lol. I don"t want to be... Couldn't help it....was curious.

Former Reality TV Fag Joey Turner was posting loads of skelly body checks for a while recently on his Instagram - however it seems he's now deleted these and made his instagram private, so maybe he's recovering or in rehab or something :optimistic:

It would be brutal to put back on a healthy weight as an ana, you’d look in the mirror and not recognise yourself.

most likely because a lot of people with eating disorders follow them all, so the algorithm groups them together. if you look at who's following them, youll find loads of eating disorder accounts
