My guess is that she's attempting to hide / conceal how discolored ( purple & red ) her knees look due to lack of circulation / anemia and being a real life actual skeleton while also keeping her thighs visible. The fishnet tights she always wears - I believe it's for the same reason. If you check out her knees in those pictures, you can see through the fishnets that her knees are indeed a different color from the rest of her grey alien hide

You'd think someone who spent years building her career with body-checking would get better at it. I understand the point is not just "look how skinny I am!" but also a way to track weight/appearance, which is probably why she does the exact same two poses. But it's not like she does anything else with her time, why can't she sit and spend a little bit trying to think of half a dozen more poses to rotate between?

There's no way she smells good though. Her body is breaking down, and that process smells disgusting. She sits in the same chair all day for 8-12 hours. Does someone that sick even have the energy to shower frequently? Does toothpaste have too many calories?

Better question is Steven Assanti vs Eugenia. Boogie is in decent enough shape compared to Eugenia. Meanwhile Assanti is losing teeth and recently OD'd. The cop who gave him narcan cost the taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars by extending his pathetic life.

He'll still outlive Eugenia because lack of calories is worse than overabundance of calories.

When Eugenia dies it’ll be a sad end to a confused and wasted life. When boogie or Assanti die no one will actually care beyond saying they deserve it.

Eugenia isn't going anywhere. Ashley Isaacs is in worse shape than she, and she'll live to be 100 at this rate. Once morbidly obese hamgalaxies reach ~40, the final countdown really starts to begin. Just look at that HAES/FA-advocate Cat Pause lady who just kicked the KFC bucket. I think, generally speaking, the human body can handle being at very low weights better than very high weights overall, because scarcity has always been much more common throughout evolutionary history than overabundance has been.
