The bubblegum, happy pop music in the background makes this so much funnier in a very morbid way. A dying woman, strolling along to tween music in a tween get up while her deranged, fat ass mother films it. I just posted this same sentiment regarding one of Anisa’s recent OF videos, but this too is some true dystopian shit. Our world is fucked.

I personally think it probably has less to do with the size of her shoes and more to do with the fact that in anorexia patients, the body starts eating away at the proteins in muscle tissues as an energy source due to inadequate proteins/fats/etc from their restricted food intake. She streams for like 8 hours at a time and doesn't get up and move around much, which also doesn't help. She's not strong enough to walk very far at all.
 
I think the giant shoes must be some sort of anorexic show-off thing. It's in a LOT of thinspo, someone will be wearing a perfectly nice outfit and then these H-U-G-E shoes. Maybe they think it makes their legs look smaller?
 
Some morbid, bizarre thought I had:

Why doesn't a skelly like Eugenia or Ashley just stop eating and drinking entirely? Why not just go all the way to that level, even if it would kill them in less then two weeks?

And would either of them take an operation to prevent them from being able to eat or drink, even if their life would be now measured in a mere week or so, if it meant that they would be the most skelliest skelly to ever skelly? Would they take that operation even if it would kill them?

I assume its cause the challenge is also to eat as little as possible without gaining anything. Kinda defeats the purpose if you just never eat? It's the control over the eating that gives them a skele-boner.
