i dont think so, she loves the attention too much, and by ana standards, shes doing "well" good healthcare, enabling parents, shitload of people telling her to get help bc skelly.

Hmm, it’s hard to say. Sometimes people do absolutely reek of future anhero but I couldn’t even attempt to guess with Eugenia.

There’s not a great deal of research into the specifics of suicide in ana patients.
From Gabriella Milos et al. 2004:
‘Subjects with a purging type ED more frequently had a history of attempted suicide than subjects with a nonpurging type ED. A history of suicide attempts was associated with higher levels of Axes I and II comorbidity, in particular with affective disorders and Cluster B personality disorders. Current suicidal ideation was generally linked with higher levels of all types of Axes I and II comorbidity.’

I’m intrigued to know if she’s diagnosed with anything else. If she’s purging and also has borderline personality disorder or ptsd (for example) then there’s a higher chance of 41%ing. But we’ll probably never find out if she does.
 
Regardless of how she leaves this world:

1) YouTube is going to get a bunch of bad press from people who feel YouTube exploited her for profit, and there will be questions of how much money they made off of her and maybe a "we'll try to do better" bullshit nonapology and a donation to some anachan clinic

2) if it is live on-air, kiwis will broadcast it here for all eternity

3) her parents, while maybe not being held criminally responsible, will always be held responsible in the eyes of the public.
 
Amen to that. It’s fascinating to me because I’ve always been very curious about severe AN ever since I first read about it in a magazine when I was small. As technology improved over the years there would be better quality photos of the more severe AN cases here and there, more scientific literature coming out about the illness etc. but still nothing too revealing.

And then along came Eugenia Cooney, knocking all of that out the park completely. Delivers the most HD, hour-by-hour, Black Mirror-esque anorexia morbid porn I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s like when GoPro’s first came out and people finally started uploading decent footage of blue whales. It’s like scratching an itch that’s been there for years.
If she redbarred on stream it would be terribly sad and undignified. But it would also be an irresistible thing to watch, a once in a generation kinda event.

Very unlikely. She has been becoming an hero in slow motion since like 2008. Why use a gun or neckrope when she could die from the eating disorder that has been her schtick for the past decade? Plus she just seems too narcissistic to do it.

Tbh, Eugenia seems disturbingly upbeat for a dead woman, most anachans have severe starvation rage. As where Eugenia is even joking about it being skeletor day. She only dies of starvation. Either that or her mom kills her.
 
I'm more inclined to think she'll faint or trip and fall and get knocked unconscious. Also, femur breaks are often fatal. Any kind of break worse than a hairline fracture could be deadly for her, I would assume. Not to mention a head injury from falling, or even a broken neck, since her head is like a bobblehead.

But what are the chances that she has a seizure? I don't know much about that kind of brain health and longterm starvation. Is there like a common seizure thing to happen with certain diet drugs taken in excess or anything like that? Her heart health can't be good to begin with.

It would be...poetic... If she were to die on a death holiday, like Dia De Los Muertos or American Halloween or all saints day or skeleton day or whatever. Are there any impt nightmare before Xmas dates? I'm not a fan so idk it well

with how much she streams, it's 50/50 if she dies while live in my opinion. however, i will say that i doubt she'll die in an "instant" way if that makes sense. i don't think she'll just drop dead suddenly on stream, she'll probably have some extreme physical symptom that she tries to play off that slowly worsens and either a. collapse live (the juicy scenario) or b. get off-stream and vanish forever.

i do think that everyone will know when she actually dies though, my guess is her family will just go dark. if they even announce her death they'll probably refuse to say the cause of death even though everyone damn well knows what it is
 
I think we'll just see less and less of her as her illness progresses into disability. She's obsessed with control, like all anas, and the outward appearance of looking like a spunky lil skeleton. We only see her on her good days. She'll often go days without streaming. Those are probably the days she's sore in bed, dizzy, no makeup, in ratty sweats/pajamas under 6 blankets and propped up by 15 squishmallows, croak-raging at her mom to get hurry up and change her bedpan. Those days will number greater and more often and maybe on the fifth day she'll sit up in bed long enough to do her makeup and her mom will comb what's left of her hair for a filtered-to-shit above-the-collarbone selfie with a sassy ~inspirational~ quote so we know she's still alive. Look for longer lapses in streaming/new uploads/verifiably new selfies, then place your bets.
