Asprin thins your blood if anything it would give her lower blood pressure which AN people dont need

Also, IVs may vary depending on the size and how fast the drip goes in. With well trained nurses I think they would be aware and conscious enough to avoid most pain like this.

Ah yes, if ana chans aren't careful, they end up looking like a Kenyan child. I saw many bloated bellies back home in Africa. Fortunately dad provided for me and Malik so we grew up to be big and strong. Always had plenty of mutton and goat milk. Goats are good animals. I have a little herd in Jamaica. I'm feeding them hemp in an experiment to see if they make CBD-infused milk. They can survive on a diet of carbs because they have four stomachs and chew cud.

The distended belly usually comes from sufficient calories but lack of protein. Most Anas don't have this issue too much because they're not gettting much calories period. The kids with bloated bellies are eating three bowls of rice a day, or maybe crackers or bread from an aid organization. Anas are eating a few saltine crackers or a single apple. The Africans get more calories. They get no protein, and that causes fluid retention. It's also why aid organizations like to pack protein-dense foods, like peas, peanut butter, and dehydrated beans.

Another way Anas prevent distension is by taking a multivitamin and a small amount of protein- perhaps a can of tuna once a week, or maybe one (1) protein bar a week. That can also significantly extend their lifespan. Or IDK, just pull a Nikocado and say it's all water weight- that's not a lie.

I think Eugenia is getting so few calories that the distension isn't going to happen. No fluid to retain. It's sad that someone can have such a relationship with something as essential as food. So many little Kenyan children would love to have access to food like Eugenia does.

This actually happens in recovering anorexics. The very underweight ones (like EC for example) could at any moment have something in their brain switch (and go into survival mode), causing them to start eating more (its the bingding ana-chans whine about). Eugenia is definitely taking some kind of appetite suppressant/ something her family gladly buys for her. Otherwise by now, after being anorexic for a decade, she would have at some point ended up looking like a distended belly having African child.
 
It won't even matter if she technically gains to a healthy weight there's no way she didn't get refeeding syndrome in rehab. There's also no way it was treated in the amount of time she spent there. So her body has been eating away at everything at record speed. You can't undo organ damage. She's lucky if she isn't in any organ failure. She's a medical miracle if she recovers unscathed.

Healing her metabolism and repairing as much damage as her body is capable of would take very, very long extensive therapy of multiple kinds and specialist supervision with absolute compliance. It's a miserable process taking on average 6+ years and she'd likely still die early.

She will and maybe already has reached the point where hospitals can do everything in their arsenal and her body won't be able to take it. Weight is not the most serious issue for her anymore.
 
So apparently on a recent stream people discussed what looked like a Friendly's ice cream lid/container in the background of her recent Instagram photos, and Eugenia got triggered, denied that it was hers, and acted like it might not even be ice cream at all, and with a really deliberate fabricated "mature" face proceeded to talk about ice cream and how she doesn't eat it but it would be totally fine if she did, for like ten minutes.

She starts talking about it at 1:28:24 :

“I haven’t eaten ice cream in like 10 years. Honestly I don’t even remember the last time I ate ice cream.”

"It doesn't even look like ice cream to me."

"I don't even know if Friendly's exists anymore."

"I'm not triggered. I'm not. I didn't put that there."

"Because I haven't eaten ice cream recently. It doesn't matter if I did though."

"It could be anything. It could be anyone's. It could be anything. It might be ice cream, it might not be ice cream."

I wonder who was eating the ice cream. Was it her? Did she throw it right back up? From what I've read, ice cream is one of the easiest foods to purge.

The body burns calories in the pursuit of homeostasis. Anas burn calories simply by maintaining core temperature. They're likely cold to the touch on limbs and whatnot, but core temperatures around vital organs would be prioritized by the body, to the best of my knowledge.

Yes, it's possible; however, she's in a temperature-controlled mansion. Signs of hypothermia seem parallel to the signs of severe starvation/anorexia, so take your pick. Hypothermia tends to end in death if not treated, and Eugenia is still kickin'. So. 🤷‍♀️

It's quite obviously tucked right outside the door to keep it cool. Maybe no room in feezer? I would have just assumed it was one of her fatass family members', but he obsessive denial that's she's never even heard of ice cream before makes me think otherwise.
