This diaper shit got to her cause it's likely true. Just google "anorexia incontinence." As the body continues to be in a state of severe malnutrition, every muscle in the body is weakened. Surprise surprise, this includes muscles that control bowel/bladder function. The intestines are too weak to move poop down the line and it gets blocked up, the pelvic floor muscles are weakened and urine just leaks right out uncontrollably.

There's like a 99.9% chance she pisses herself on a daily basis. Incontinence pads have come a long way, and many don't even resemble diapers at all. My bet is that she wears this kinda shit.

Maybe people just aren't super aware of the incontinence issues most anorexics face? Everyone seems to be digging super deep into why this pushed her into crying. I don't think it's that complex. It broke her because it's (very likely) true - she does wear diapers (or at least the 'discreet equivilent') and is upset at chat bombarding her about it, something she's no doubt ashamed and very embarrassed over.

The last time she broke down on stream was when chat bombarded her about what happened during rehab. Anorexia numbs you, so something REALLY has to work you up in order to get you to cry. This shit got to her because it was repetitive harassment over something that actually does really bother her (disclaimer - this shit is my personal theory lmao)

I feel like the worse she gets, and the more time goes on, the less she's going to be able to hide certain details like this. She's going to start physically falling apart more than she probably already is, and there's some things you just can't hide. I wouldn't be surprised if she streams from her literal deathbed still trying to pretend everything is peachy keen.

She could have gone SO much further in modeling and even her stupid little makeup videos. I know ED is a sickness but it's impossible to help people who don't want/don't think they need help. So instead we just get to watch the show, like a bad car crash you can't look away from.

It's her DIRTY CRAPPED BRIEFS moment. It's oddly specific. Came from someone who knows a lot about EDs. Perhaps a sadistic fetishist, or another person with an ED (many anas hate Eugenia; it's not a very harmonious community).

Anas can become incontinent due to loss of muscle mass. The bladder and the sphincter of the colon are muscle and as the body cannibalizes itself, a person can lose control over these bodily functions.

I suspect that based on Eugenias response, she may be at this point in her anorexia.
 
It is bizarre that this is what set her off, but I'm not convinced it's because the diaper thing is true.
1) Adult diapers have a lot of padding and a wide crotch, even the "discreet" ones. The pic people referenced in stream does not look like an adult diaper.
2) With her restricting water, I doubt she excretes enough fluid to warrant a diaper. If she wears lining, she likely only needs pads.
3) She was "accidentally" showing off her thong strap just recently IIRC. I think we would have seen a diaper waistband by now.

There's something funny about her following a DDLG account on Twitter (p 83 this thread) while also crying over people calling her a diaper baby.

I think she knows what's coming once she starts eating and drinking enough to pee and poop. And it's mostly a problem with pooping. Something about anorexia permanently damages the vagus nerve, which controls a bunch of unconscious processes, like the contraction of the stomach and intestines. Even when anas regain muscle mass in the sphincter (which is controlled by the spinal cord and not the vagus), they have poorly digested poops that are very difficult to hold.

Here's a video of a recovered anorexic explaining what Eugenia has to look forward to in the increasingly remote scenario where she recovers.

Don’t forget that taking tons of laxatives is also a favorite hobby of people with EDs. I don’t know what bad habits Eugenia partakes in to be a super skelly but some laxative abuse seems par for the course.

The ginger vegan loved to make disgusting food that included “natural laxatives” like aloe and other stuff so she was constantly liquid shitting out anything that dared make it through her intestines…to the point she got an asshole surgically installed on her stomach.

At least she actually logged off this time. Last time she cried on stream over people bringing up the rehab thing, she stayed on stream throughout her entire breakdown. Just sitting there crying, looking miserable, collecting donations lol.

I skimmed the chat log and just want to add I don’t see people “bullying” her about it nor being particularly cruel over it. Some people understandably found the situation humorous, many were asking if it was a diaper, many telling her to stop flashing, lots of people whiteknighting as usual, and many others were reasonably asking her to change the subject and move on. Eugenia went on and on about it. She could have ignored the comments like she ignores /shuts down many other topics. Just a few that I pulled.

Someone else here commented that it was a reasonable reaction, me I found it grossly juvenile. No one was forcing her to talk about that, it’s her own stream ffs. What’s actually mean is not her calling people stupid but her acting like adults who have to wear diapers are sooo disgusting. She should humble herself, if she doesn’t already wear diapers she’ll have to sooner than later.

And she kept repeating the word "diaper". She could have ignored it and changed the subject, she could have told her mods to time out (or whatever the Twitch equivalent is) people who kept bringing it up, or she could have just lifted up that sweater dress and proved that she wasn't wearing one (if in fact she wasn't). It was such a childish reaction.
