By all accounts Ashley is confined to a wheelchair and sleeps most of the day. I have no doubt whatsoever that after Eugenia finishes "dancing" she quickly collapses off camera because there's no way that doesn't drain 100% of her energy but yea Ashley is currently winning the lich contest.

She has gained weight and stayed off social media for a while in the past. She's quite pretty when she's just skinny rather than skeletal.

Even researchers who study eating disorders don't have a lot of insight into anorexics' motivations. Whether treatment is forced or voluntary doesn't seem to affect the likelihood of it being successful but anorexia remains a highly lethal mental disorder with no "gold standard" treatment.

What if we take away all of the mirrors and force her to work on a farm and till the fields. Nothing to do all day but to feed the animals, milk the cows, grow the corps, harvest and cook.

I am totally down with slave labor for anorexics. Hell, let's throw bulimics into the mix too. You want to eat? Fine. You need to grow and prepare all of your food from scratch. Dirt to plate.
 
No interventions are going to be happening with Eugenia, because she's an adult and there's only do much that can legally done. Her mom has also made it clear she's going to fight against any attempted interventions.

Eugenia can't be stopped from starving herself to death any more than Bam Margera can be forced to stop drinking and doing God knows what drugs.

Given her firsthand experience with a lot of anorexics and shit I thought it was an interesting listen. If you can overlook the gender weirdness, that is.

I have been keeping tabs on both Ashley and Eugenia for a good while know, as a cautionary tale and warning of what would happen if I ever went down the disordered earing route again. I always saw Ashley as the true and honest Lich queen, but she for sure cant bust a move on her wheelchair like Cooney can.

Will we see the Lich dethroned?

The fact that Eugenia is still active and tries to dance and stuff makes me think she's also at increased risk of a fracture, which I'm sure would be pretty serious in her state.

This has always been a grim thread, but I have a bad feeling it's going to get a lot worse over the next year.

The autism goblin has some decent takes on stuff to be fair. I did enjoy them talking about their absolutely disgusting childhood, and that one time they went into psychosis and believed they were being forced to ritualistically torture themselves for psychic vampires.
