When spoops get really spoopy they all develop resting tard face. I think it's because the lack of fat in their lips makes it harder to keep their mouth closed so their front teeth are always hanging out. Eugenia's looking real fucking potatoy lately.
 
Not that it's likely to occur, but what do you think would happen to Eugenia if her mother passed away first?

Would she have any shot at recovering with her mom out of the picture, or is she too far gone?

I'd put my money on the latter. Ain't no breaks on the ED train.

I think it's a mix of losing the fat on her face and lips, the jaw muscles becoming atrophied from lack of nutrients, and her gums have receded greatly. There's a picture of her gum recession a few pages back. Some of her teeth are about ready to fall out.

I doubt she even could eat anything solid at this point. If she tried it could possibly lead to refeeding syndrome which can be fatal.
 
Her bloods and vitals are probably horrendous. Anemia, low protein, low b12 and folate, low bp, low heart rate, electrolyte abnormalities, osteopenia /osteoporosis. Those are my guesses.

I can't blame someone who sees a few minutes of her stream for the first time and thinks she's nice. Her persona is meant to be a friendly, sweet little girl and it can still work on people who aren't familiar with her or really listens to what she says. Several years ago, before she got forcibly sent to the recovery center, she maintained an even more believable friendly/happy/nerdy emo girl front. She is just a bitter, self-obsessed ana though. Maybe she wasn't from the beginning but she's pretty nasty now and has been for some time. Everything and everyone is secondary to herself and the single thing she actually cares about is her ED.

Also that super saccharine voice she has is fake. She does everything she can to seem sweet but I'm fairly certain that it's almost all a put-on to maintain her "nice girl" persona. She wants to seem as sweet as possible so that anyone who shit talks or criticizes her seems like a big meanie.

Her "teeth" are just too thick for her mouth.

I’m surprised she left her house. She must have been really thirsty to have some streamers gawk over her emaciated figure up close and personal. Gay guys in LA are a perfect choice for that.

I know the deal is they are supposed to treat her like a normal friend and not focus on her weight but that makes it harder for Eugenia to get her validation. I wonder how often she had coax it out of them by asking what they thought of her outfit. She’d love to say she looks fat to watch their reaction but given the situation probably wouldn’t go that far. (Her behavior last time in CA hanging with influencers got her put into treatment. Thank god the current crop won’t risk getting their hands messy with that shit, they are just happy to get attention thanks to shock photos with the worlds most famous OG skelly.
