LOL, when she was just fucking born he immediately absconded to Portugal 2 on a 1 day notice.

He then spent the first 2 months of Rozy's life anywhere that wasn't in the same city.

It's amazing that he thinks anyone would believe this, why even bother lying? Ralph's few remaining paypigs/whales are so stupid that they will continue to give him money even when he outright scams them to their faces, so who is this lie for?

"Some kind of illness" - Can't even be bothered to come up with actual symptoms because he has zero knowledge of his own baby/has no idea what would be bad enough to be at the doctor for a few hours but not bad enough to keep her there.
Implying he was there "this morning" when it's obvious that he's been passed out from his Xanax/booze binge since he ended the stream.

Besides, the biggest tell that this is absolute bullshit is that with how womanly Ralph is, he would have immediately tweeted out where he was for sympathy (for himself, never his daughter) like he does whenever he goes anywhere/does anything. He would have posted messages in Telegram bitching about how long he had to wait, mentioning some nurse he wanted to fuck, etc.
The most I could believe is that Man-da took Roxy to the ER (without Ralph) and Ralph is now using that as an excuse.

It’s obvious BS because Ralph might have actually drug his ass to the airport to avoid being home with his own sick child.

I’m sure Rozy has been sick plenty of times in Mexico but anti-vax Ralph would never mention it. He’s like the loser who will resort to claiming their grandma or mom died when they overslept for their shift at the quickie mart.

Ralph desperate, and shameless per usual, is resorting to using his baby daughter as an excuse for scamming paypigs for a trip he never intended to take.
