After teasing it for weeks, Ralph has made a page on Locals, a Patreon alternative founded in 2019 by Dave Rubin and acquired by Rumble in 2021.

Creators can upload posts consisting of text, videos, or livestreams, and for each piece of content they can choose to restrict their visibility to paid subscribers. Each post can have a comment section or live chat associated with it, and creators can choose to limit viewing and/or participation of the chat to paid subscribers, even if the associated content is freely available. Locals also has Facebook Groups-style features where members of a creator's community can create posts of their own as well.

In September 2022 Ralph announced that Rokfin had invited him to the platform. A month ago, just 5 months after joining the site, Rokfin sent Ralph a new invitation: either pay up to the tune $750/month or get the fuck off their site. Ralph took the hint and decided to leave, promising to make a Locals later that weekend:

Ralph has already made his first post where he announces that he's delegated management of the page to Pantsu. He took a shot at a certain infamous Locals page, and to be fair Ralph has a point, since despite that community's former traditions like "Ass Wednesday" and "Thirsty Thursday" might have you believe, Locals is supposed to be a SFW platform.

It’s for-pay discord for boomers as far as I can determine. And the idiots seem to use it as if they’re in a private chat, not realizing that everyone can see all the stupid shit they post.

It's more like patreon but with livestreaming and a chat feature among some other crap. The chat is the "infamous" part because of the types of mongoloids extensively documented in Balldokieta's thread since he enabled a 24/7 livechat on his locals page in particular. I don't think it's set up to run that way by default because it seems to be something he did first to replace his old paypigs only discord.

750/month adds up quickly. That's as much as his monthly child support. What's funnier to me is that Ralph wouldn't make a one off payment of 2k to obtain killstream dot com for life.

I came to this reason as well. Ethan Ralph always has to copy someone else and then proceed to do it poorly.
 
With Meigh running the locals and locals long running rep which will happen first: Meigh leaving Ralph for a paypig or Meigh dropping nudes
