It's definitely a sore spot for him.
One time when they were doing IRL, I guess with Failure and Alex, he was trying to hit on chicks and he walked up to some aging goblina, and one of the other guys pointed the camera at him across the bar to capture his rejection. You couldn't hear anything from the music and talking, just him sitting down and getting a few words in before she up and left. Priceless.
I do hope that things escalate between him and Ralph to the point where he goes scorched earth.
But the thing is that he tells his friends EVERYTHING about himself. And they've got so much shit on him from things he tells them in confidence and that he's done around them that his hands are almost always tied after a fall-out with them.

All Andy has to do to win is just be healthy, crack jokes and he's fine.
