Besides Jim, Ralph has to hate Gabe the most. While he can shit on everyone else in the "sektur" whos dirty laundry always gets aired and he can live in his make believe cope world that alogs have 32" TVs, he knows for a fact that Gabe is wealthier than he could ever be in his wildest dreams and lives a normal, successful life and doesn't need to expose his every move on the internet so there's no opportunity for an accidental lolicon reveal or anything like that.

We know for a fact Ralph has looked up Gabe's address (and I doubt it was the first time) and must just sit there seething that this dude has a palatial villa and hereditary financial acumen while Ralph is relegated to begging for torta money and hopping from shack to shack in order to avoid making court-ordered payments that for most people would be an inconvenience, but for him equal financial ruin. And he's almost 40 years old lol. He'll be in a rented room silently watching CNN on the internet until he's 80 years old if he lives that long.
