Yeah, Ralph's main strengths were his willingness to host a consistent stream and connections to more talented people that he's now alienated because of his behavior. Ralph, of course, doesn't understand this and thinks his talent and charisma carried the show instead of being able to host the stream and shut up.

When I had stopped listening to the Dick Show he had already lost all of his good guests. He kept trying to invite "The Bagel Boss", some New York manlet who yelled about women, every single week. I found myself skipping past those sections every week.
If the only attraction to a show is your ability to wrangle guests and you start fucking that up, it's over.

What I find ridiculous about Ralph is that he's tried to combine the personalities of Dax and Nick; a guy who treats women like shit and sex objects and a Christian family man, all while utterly failing at both of these conflicting personalities.
Dax at least in his younger days was a decent looking guy and I really don't doubt that he was able to pull in dumbass LA pussy by at least being a drug hookup. And Nick has a loving wife, married in a Church with a license not a bowling alley with a penned in cocktail napkin, and the five kids that he raises with his values.

Except that was Zidan, Ethan's only "skill" if you can call it that, was to drunkenly stumble upon a twitter checkmark back when they were relatively easy to obtain, then letting his milk fed gimps hook guests in, guests who believed Ethan was a bigger deal than he was, as he carried the mark of the bird.

Okay, new theory. Dick will turn on Ralph when he discovers how fun it is to make fun of Gunt. Metokur didn't break him, but Dick would genuinely have a moment of joy every time Jim would throw a joke about Ralph before he'd frown to cover up. He acted like when someone makes a joke about your friend and you know its funny, but you don't want to laugh at your friend's expense. So you do your best to cover up the involuntary laugh response with a stern look of disapproval.
I'm sure Ralph will probably go with the angle that Metokur was trying to turn Dick against him by first giving a 20 minute monologue about how Jade is a fat Asian whore that's cooking Jim's dog and was a key player in fucking gamergate.

Honestly? I think most of the blame for the planned appearance of Jim on the Kino Casino can be put squarely on his appearance on Dax’s show. Specifically, I think he’s got blue balls after that.
My guess is that Jim expected one of two options, like the rest of us did: either this was Dax finally being willing to make fun of Ralph, even if it wouldn’t be a hard break on his end… or that Dax would flat out defend Ralph, and maybe even have him ‘surprise join’ to face off and ambush Jim. Now, it seems like the plan was actually the latter, but Ralph likely pussed out and left just some weak protestations from Dax.
Either of those might have been enough to sate Jim, so long as Ralph focused his raging at other targets afterwards (unlikely admittedly, but it probably would have been a reprieve)… but that didn’t happen.
Ralph has cost Jim valuable entertainment, and I think he’s looking to collect that harvest with interest by choosing a platform that’ll almost certainly set Ralph off. Could be wrong, but certainly seems like this is all on Dax.
