Ended up watching the whole video to see if it got interesting at any point:
- Dax doesn't want to talk about Metokur's profile pic of Ralph sperging
- Dax tries to talk about cancer, Metokur turns it into Dax faking injuries, back to cancer again
- Dax fake hysterical laughing but stops completely when Metokur makes a Ralph reference
- Metokur laughing at Ralph, Dax and the dead eyed sheep look uncomfortable
- "If Ralph wants to call in would you be ok?", "I don't care". Dax sends a one word text to Ralph, hmmm...
- Metokur calls Dax out on it almost immediately and Dax goes "Noonononononono I was just.... uhh... checking my thing" Metokur proceeds to bully him about his "injury"
- Dax says that Ralph is the "iron man" of an "extended universe of bullshit" with all the enemies he has

ralph is a retard who has basically no regard for the law.
Dax is the same, he has no regard for the law, but he's smart enough to not do it when authorities are around.
the only reason ralph stopped hollering around Elijah Shaffer's place is because he thought the cops were coming and because of his suspended sentence, he'd be fucked. if ralph didn't have a suspended sentence he'd of probably kept hollering around Elijah's place

The whole Schaffer thing was completely retarded and completely undermines Gunt's angle. It has to be the drugs, it has the be. Alice specifically blocked out anything that would implicate Dick, but didn't care about herself or Ralph or anyone else from what I have seen. She openly associates with meth heads and doesn't care, yet suddenly it matters when it comes to Diddler Dax?
He's either very on edge about his whole operation, or there is more to this than meets the eye. Ralph during the Digi fight mentioned a "deal" with Dax as a way to dab on Riley. It must have been drugs related.
Maybe for Dick pushing gear is his primary income now, and the show is just a side hustle..

If we give Dax the benefit of the doubt, he was hoping Ralph would show up and crucify himself, and Dax could turn Ralph into a laughing stock for his audience without getting his hands dirty, but it ended up with Dax just being a gunt guard faggot since Ralph failed to call in.
But lately Dax has really made me suspect he's kind of just retarded, so he may have genuinely thought this would make him look good.

See, Dax would receive money for drugs via PayPal, or similar services, primarily. There may be some hard cash transferring over. He needs to account for this, otherwise police would easily be able to use undercover this shit by looking at the financials.
If he used Patreon as a money laundering process he would need to set up the accounts which in turn he sends money to in order to launder it. These would all then link back to him, and having lots of little accounts pushing around $20 would be incredibly suspicious. It would be more obvious than just recieving the money unaccounted for.
I guess it would be possible for him to sell drugs on a regular basis, but in turn ask for the recipient to pay him via Patreon for his "show", and that way the money is accounted for but the actual purpose of the transaction is hidden... Actually, that's quite smart.

I mean I know the cancer is poked at now as a joke all the time but all Dax seemed to do is poke at this, mop it up for Ralph, try (and fail) to have a MaDdOx LoSt moment to which Jim explained he stopped following Maddox a while ago cause it wasn't interesting, Dax desperately texting Ralph to come on to the point where he was neglecting talking to his guest, then somehow getting fed info about Jim's wife and bringing it up to try and get Jim to admit his wife streams as a potato?
Also weird to try and shit on Maddox for shitting on women cooking. With as much as Dax stalks Maddox now you would think he'd find something to take a swipe at that wasn't something the guest you have on has also done.

I'd normally agree but someone was clearly feeding Dax info and texting him during the segment. The specific info that caught my attention was asking if Jad3 streamed as a potato. Who do we know who immediately attacks someones woman as the go to? My guess is Ralph and Dax were actively feeling for an opening where Ralph could come in and a holler, or fishing for soundclips Ralph could use (while Dax does his plausible deniability "It's just jokes bro" routine). Even if Dax wanted to be pro Ralph there were a million things Dax could have talked about that would have made for a decent show.

My based schizo take on the situation is this: Dax will eventually turn on Ralph, but not out of first choice.
Based on my observations on the falling out between Maddox and Dax and the (admittedly limited and maybe biased) understandings gleaned from it, Dax is a very reactionary figure. He waits until the problem can't be ignored before taking immediate action to alleviate the problem with the least amount of effort. In other words, he will only throw hands when the gauntlet has been thrown and the thrower is barring the door. Look at the Lolsuit. Up until that point, Dax has largely been trying to ignore Maddox's petulant bullshit and autistic attempts at getting back at him with a little light ribbing here and there. Once legal issues came his way, he took every decisive option to getting out. He didn't fight the Lolsuit, merely escaped it because he understands that fighting it posed a greater risk than just getting it dismissed.
Ralph, by contrast, is a default aggressive player. When the ball is in his end of the court he will do anything and everything to get it out. Even if the means are illogical and objectively self-destructive, as has been demonstrated with fallouts with Great Teacher Rackets, Daddy Gym and Gaytor the Eldest of Homosexuals. I do think Ralph carries a lot of dirt on Dax. Maybe not enough to "destroy" Dax but enough to make him start sweating bullets when the shit goes down at sundown. And if the Lolsuit is any indication, that's enough for Dax to go full boar. So when Ralph inevitably starts shit with Dax and starts leaking the deets, Dax is gonna pull out as many stops as necessary to make the problem go away with as little effort as possible. Ralph, as a result, will go full retard, self-immolate, and repeat the cycle until either there's no more gunt left to burn or no one else to stand by and observe the blaze.
I think his current play of hard-core guntguarding disguising "hard-core" ridicule is just a reflection of this. By throwing in what is tantamount to light jabs at Ralph's expense, he's trying to appease the Ralphamale ayylogs like you and me. By putting on the appearance of guntguarding, he's retarding (no pun intended) the inevitable Ralphamale Reaction. He's playing the middle to cause as little fuss as possible for as long as feasible. Bear in mind I am a retard and I was wrong about Jim and Ralph going at it, but that is just my opinion.
