I was brain raped by being on /pol/ since I was 14 and can only laugh at videos of twitch streamers getting jumped with nigger ear rape. How do I start enjoying normal humor again so I can enjoy real people?

I get you bro, I fried my brain on /pol/, encyclopedia dramatica, etc since I was like 12, everything is faggotry for me forever, I can't laugh at anything unless its racist or extreme dark humor.

My suggestion is to just accept yourself and stop trying to blend with normies, that's the definition of uncool, just enjoy laughing at lolcows or find any creator/show that you find funny, that happened to me with Smiling Friends.

Have you tried just becoming happy and carefree?

For me normalfags had a strange thing where they could say the most off-the-wall stream-of-consciousness nonsense babble, out of nowhere every now and then, and it would land well with other normalfags. And I talk to myself, see, and at some point I noticed that when I'm happier I'll do the same thing, I'll babble to my cats and what not.

So what I'm getting at is that you may just be a miserable prick.

Well you can't really pretend to be something you're not. The only real suggestions would be getting intoxicated so anything is funny. But that's a poor solution. I think the real problem is you are unhappy because of the content you consume on a daily basis, and who can blame you for being unhappy when you're exposed all day to such terrors.

Give things a change and don't dismiss them for being normie but also don't force you self, if you don't like it just move on. Explore and find shit you like, I for one enjoy stuff like nathan for you, Kenny vs spenny, classic adult swim and the aforementioned smiling friends. You can argue there not the most normie but it's a hell a lot more normie then george Droid Charley kirk agartha ai memes or ronnie mcnutt edits.
If you asking about like ultra normie stuff like sitcoms and modern snl no one can help with that.

Do you mean like tiktoks or stand-up comedy
Probably stand up comedy, and there is some funny stuff. But goddamn is it hard to find anything on tik Tok mildly entertaining.

Yeah I may just go ahead and do that. I'm going to try just giving less of a fuck but going out more. I think it's crucial to just be more open and give less of a shit because I've got to weed through the horses until i find some people who tolerate my shit. It's crazy because I KNOW there are lots of people like me, but finding them is impossible since dropping my type of humor without getting someone first is a one way ticket to get labeled as a personal non grata.

I've debated just totally cutting out the "edgy" stuff I consume and seeing if that will fix it. When I try though it just is brutal at first, but I think if I could power through for a few months I might just stop seeing things in such a negative light all the time.

I'd recommend you try reading books more. I'm very similar to you and I read Infinite Jest, he basically wrote it for guys like us trying to save us before it was too late.
It's going to be hard because your dopamine receptors are fried, but the struggle to focus on the page is actually the 'rehab' working. That's why he made some parts so difficult to get through. Reading it is active work.

There's also "A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again" by him, which deals with the same types of stuff without being 1,000+ pages.
