Nearly every skeleton in your closet was in one little spot, and all that someone had to do is add '/index.html' to the end of your site's URL and then browse away. Some tech genius you are. No one was going to upload a damn thing, they were just going to post links to your index, and archive it for posterity's sake.

A Yes. They were not officially mentioned at that point. It wasn't a law yet, so my lawyer was discussing that with me unofficially, you know, "Maybe you want to do this in the future once this becomes a law."
Q But you never preemptively mentioned anything about it? You never -- you never discussed, "Hey, now that we're getting divorced, get rid of those videos," or -- or --
A Yeah. Well, at the time, they were on his website. If you typed in, like, "sexy with four exes" or something from his website, you could find them. But he wasn't advertising them.
So it made me uncomfortable, but he wasn't publicly trying to show them. So it felt very uncomfortable, but I knew that the nature of our relationship, it -- when you go through a divorce, there's just things you -- you're not going to battle about. It's not going to go anywhere. And I just really wanted to have our relationship over with.
So at that point, I was just going to leave it there and, you know, wait until it became a law. I didn't know if I'd get legal representation for that at that point, so my concern was really just getting a divorce, just moving on with our lives.
Q So if I understand you correctly, you were thinking about them and thinking that maybe down the line, this would become a law and you could get him for that?
A I -- my lawyer had suggested that, you know, this is an option you could take. I was not concerned about the videos because I didn't think anyone could find them. And -- I was going to say something else and I don't remember.

A Not in particular the videos because I didn't know they were there. I was concerned about him making a website about me. I didn't know what he was going to put on it. A I think I accused him of committing Fraud at one point.

Q Thank you. What I was clarifying was your recollection that you had, in the past, made threats to have Mr. Barber arrested for crimes and have him sent to jail.
A Yeah. I don't -- I don't remember that, but I don't deny that I might have said something nasty like that. What had happened is I put a $2,000 deposit down on our house and I was -- I had left and I was trying to get some sort of that deposit back when I had left.
And it was probably heated -- a heated argument where he was threatening me as well. So that's kind of an isolated bit of lines, but I don't deny that I could have said that.
Q So you guys have both -- you would agree that, to your recollection, you guys have both gone back and forth with these types of threats before?
A Yeah. We went through a nasty period when I first left.

A And there were very, very nasty things said back and forth for a few months.

A Yeah, I do. And I remember -- I didn't really expect that to some up in conversation. And these same people that he thought were going to dox him were people that I was actually talking to.
And, you know, I was just telling them, like, "He's going to make this website. He does have these videos on his personal website. He -- you know, he said he was going to make this website of my transgressions."
And so they had seen that and they were kind of protective over me that they didn't want these things shared. I don't know what had happened in his situation or who had talked to him, but, apparently, he thought people were going to dox us, according to these videos. And I knew that these people weren't going to; they were protecting me.
Q So you knew that. You didn't share that information with Mr. Barber, though, right?
A Yeah. I was dishonest to him about that 'cause I didn't -- I didn't want to get in a fight about it.
Q So your response to him was, "Yeah, I got some messages about it," that's about it?
A Yeah. It was -- I was just playing stupid. I was, like, "Oh, interesting."

A So there were some friends that I had had that I told, you know, that these videos were hidden on his website. I had recently seen that he had made the website meaganvance.net and, you know, I'd -- I opened up to them about it.
And, apparently, someone, you know, talked to him about it and he construed that as people were going to dox him and what it was that people had told him -- these friends had told him that if he --

Unlawful dissemination of an intimate image
A person commits the crime of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image if:
(a)The person, with the intent to harass, humiliate or injure another person, knowingly causes to be disclosed an identifiable image of the other person whose intimate parts are visible or who is engaged in sexual conduct;
(b) The person knows or reasonably should have known that the other person does not consent to the disclosure;
(c) The other person is harassed, humiliated or injured by the disclosure; and
(d) A reasonable person would be harassed, humiliated or injured by the disclosure.
I would also like to mention, that its literally impossible, for her story of contacting the divorce lawyer, to use the law against me once the law went into force, for videos that were uploaded prior to the law being enacted, without the videos being reuploaded to the internet. Perhaps she didn't do it, because i believe that Robin Gething had done so, and she merely played the damsel in distress, according to your messages you called it a "crime"
