Feedback Embed Tweets - How to do it?

Can anyone help me? I'm trying to post a image of a tweet, but i can't do it properly.

Press Print Screen
Open MS Paint
Click "Select"
Highlight the tweet
Click "Crop"
Ctrl+A to select all
Ctrl+C to copy
Ctrl+V while typing your reply
Wait for upload to finish

We do not embed tweets because (a) twitter bans my accounts cuz they're fuckheads (b) it allows lolcows to delete their tweets.
