For converts who want to make aliyah to Israel, there is a requirement to wait a year after your conversion — at which point you have to provide testimonials from your rabbi and other community leaders that attest to you remaining an active member of the community who performs mitzvot.

Unfortunately lots of sincere converts later go astray and fall back into old habits. The number of conversions rescinded is infinitesimal. Converts can pretty much do whatever they want without it affecting their conversion status.

Some of the charedi rescind conversions in the U.S. It’s rare to rescind a conversion but it happens.

You don't even qualify for aliyah, that is, right of return, until long after conversion. Also there's the whole chopping off your foreskin thing.

As far as ways to hide, this is one that may work for the halachically natural born Jews, but good luck pulling it off as an obviously opportunistic goy. There are way easier ways of finding a no-extradition escape country.

Which I acknowledged. The point was that contrary to what was said upthread, it’s extremely rare and nobody is monitoring converts to see what they eat or if they attend services (which isn’t compulsory even for men).

When people get going on these tears about what “Israel” believes or wants, it’s a huge tell that they’re just regurgitating what they heard from some mongoloid podcaster. The rabbinate/government dynamic of constant conflict is such that I know anyone who speaks of “Israel” as if it’s a monolith has no idea what he or she is talking about.

American reporting of the European EV market is too sensationalised towards "China is coming" narratives, likely in large part because a lot of our brands are unrecognisable to the US public. For now I'll wait until CleanTechnica publish their monthly report in a few days, I find their analysis to be the most level-headed. Here's the one for June:
EVs are picking up in Europe, with some 361,000 plugin vehicles being registered in Europe in June. That’s up 23% year over year (YoY).
This is a particularly positive sign when considering that the overall market (currently at ~6.8 million units YTD) does not look good this year (5% decline in June, -1% YTD).
Interestingly, while BEVs seem to be slowing down, growing just 16% YoY in June to 242,000 units, PHEVs are picking up the pace, jumping 40% YoY in June. They were spearheaded by the #3 BYD Seal U PHEV (aka euro-spec BYD Song PHEV), but other Chinese makes are also helping out, like Chery’s Jaecoo and Geely’s Lynk & Co. PHEVs scored close to 120,000 sales in June, and their YTD numbers are now up 24% to close to 600,000 units.
As such, June saw the plugin vehicle share of the overall European auto market grow to 29% (20% full electrics/BEVs), keeping the year-to-date numbers at 26% (18% for BEVs).

The Model Y and Model 3 were the #1 and 2 EVs in Europe that month, but that follows their usual pattern of low sales during the first 2 months of each quarter, culminating in a huge final sales push at the end of the quarter. That's why I don't pay much attention to monthly YoY figures, since the total yearly decline isn't that heavy even if they're indicative of a trend.

As you can see in the YTD data, the Model Y still leads, but the Model 3's position in the podium is extremely precarious and will most likely fall from it by year's end in favour of the Renault 5.

And let's not forget the fact that individual model stats make Tesla appear bigger than it is, since they're basically a 2-model OEM. When you add up all the sales by each marque they're in 4th position for Europe EV sales, and they don't even make it to the top 5 if we look at automotive groups.
This also goes for the Chinese, yes Geely is there in 5th place but that's thanks to Volvo, which are engineered in Sweden and made in EU factories. BYD has a model in the top 10 and is surging percentage-wise, but that's because their total sales are very low so their growth rates make them seem like a bigger deal than they are.

This thread is rightfully dead. He spent the last weeks reposting ad stuff for his companies (including shitty bot CGI) and otherwise fell into another algorithm hole where his site only shows him ragebait and botslop, and so his entire feed is reposting ragebait botslop and saying "wow" and "100" in response to it.

Also the occasional statement that reads like something you would see on an Indian motivational gif.
