With the way he talks about his teslas getting bombed you would think there’s an actual civil uprising going on. Blowing up empty cars, believe it or not, isn’t terrorism if nobody is getting physically hurt.

I'm not a lawyer, but people are ostensibly blowing up cars and infrastructure for political reasons and indeed to cause fear. How is this not terrorism by definition?

At least for me if nobody is being targeted and getting jumped I’m not gonna consider it domestic terrorism. Hell if this is the criteria for terrorism, then retroactively a lot of other American movements would be considered the same(prohibition,kkk,etc)

Also yeah the KKK were defined as terrorists in the earliest anti terrorism laws in the USA dating back to the 1870s.
 
I know some people may get a childish glee seeing Teslas and Tesla charging stations burning, but is it really that difficult to condemn this as a form of terrorism? People need to stick with the boycott and explain to others why they should never support Elon Musk or his companies ever again... reason, not terror, will win the day.

I mean. A Tesla dealership/service center should have ample security cameras, right? And in Vegas even if they don’t, surrounding businesses surely do. Shouldn’t be hard to track these terrorists down but oddly I see no call to do that or images of suspects. Think about how previous “terrorist” acts have been treated in this country: Luigi, the Boston bombers, etc. What’s different here?
