Elliott/Caesar is a mess consisting of body odor, hypochondria and poorly-made cosplays with a daddy kink. He currently resides in Manchester, UK, and can often be found screaming in his Facebook hugbox about how the Government should continue to pay for him to go to conventions and buy more and more useless shit like monthly lootboxes and 'kawaii' stationary.
He also would like other people to pay for his lifestyle of doing absolutely nothing, and has set up a YouCaring (like GoFundMe but without the fees, apparently) to panhandle his friends for money, despite getting a tugboat from the Government already. He was on multiple benefits, but has had one taken away so he's unable to afford conventions and unnecessary crap to hoard.
... But not to buy his guinea pigs better cages to live in. He owns four guinea pigs, to his own admittance, that won't live in the same cage due to fighting. One, however, lives in a cage that wouldn't even be suited for a hamster. He also has stated he cleans them out once a week and has since found maggots and all sorts in his poor animals' cages.
Cages that are bare of any toys or entertainment, but his room is stuffed full of plushies and other useless shit.
