Yes it can happen. Antibiotics upset the bacterial ecosystem in the gut, killing off protective bacteria while allowing some harmful species to prosper. Still, the harmful species is usually another bacteria; getting a fungal infection due to antibiotics is distinctly uncommon and points to something wrong with the immune system.

I recall once watching a crank documentary which was trying to sell me something that would get rid of candida which they claimed caused symptoms which were vague enough to mean every problem in ones life. @Last_American_hero probably took it seriously

EDIT- Now that I think about it, you didn't even pick the band at their peak. Zoo TV era was flashy but that wasn't their peak. U2's made their most money during the awful dad-rock era after.
 
zoo tv was the best era, i said, not the highest grossing. its the tour that had the most shows which generally shows when a band is it the height of popularity. later tours made more money because fans were older and could afford more expensive tickets, and bands can always charge more in their legacy (or "dadrock") era
 
i find it hilarious that the same feminists who criticize anti-vaxxers, and complain that women have to pay for birth control, and call themselves socialists, are the same feminists who oppose giving the HPV vaccine to boys due to "cost effectiveness."
