If that's making him look "much cooler [than I am]" then he's lame as shit. I know you haven't gotten over junior high yet but stupid teenagers aren't cool, Eli.

There is simply no such thing as an 8 year old troon. 8 year olds do not have mental cognition to "come out as trans." What you are describing is abusive shitty parenting. Not a legitimate "coming out." This wholsesale parental abuse is a primary reason why you are so wacked out today.

I'm still waiting for Eli to actually respond to one of your posts.

Girldick is still bragging about peddling hormones to other mentally ill men in dresses: -

Does anyone know what the legality of this actually is?
A clever prosecutor could probably get him snagged on something, but it's not immediately obviously illegal like it would be if it was, say, testosterone.

Testosterone is a controlled substance but the MTF titty skittles aren't.

Hey, wow, Eli! That stash of pills is pretty damn impressive. Sending a tweet to Chaya is really owning her, too.

I hope you are just totally full of shit about all of this stuff, though, Pookie. Because if you actually are doing this, you are breaking a ton of state AND Federal laws.

Sharing prescriptions is illegal on both levels, and the DEA might be looking through their files right now to see if you have their authority to mail drugs (ie. a pharmacist, an employee of a drug company, etc.) It doesn't matter if it's Tylenol or opioids, you have to get their blessing to send them either via USPS or some other service. (Not kidding, they've prosecuted spouses who sent the other spouse their prescription meds, or yes, the aforementioned Tylenol you can get in every drugstore or grocery.). It can take a while, so that might be why they haven't contacted you. Yet.

However, I'm sure Eli has already obtained the necessary documentation to do this, since she is obviously law abiding.

Good thing there's no chance of Eli sending out mislabeled/expired/recalled medications to someone who is lying/unsure of what their meds and dosages are, right? It's all above board, just trustworthy individuals.

Nothing could go wrong.

But if it did, there's no way that the same incident could be charged as a state crime and a Federal drug crime, either. No, that never happens at all. Even though the Supreme Court has already determined long ago that being prosecuted on both levels isn't a "double jeopardy" situation. States have never been known to line up and take a whack at a defendant like a piñata, either. Nope.

It's all cool, Eli. Super cool.

Akshully, no. They both are "controlled substances".

The term doesn't just apply to "naughty" drugs and steroids. ANY prescription drug is considered "controlled".

Here's why - you, the purchaser, don't have "control" over the amount you purchase (you can't get more than what your health provider prescribes, and you can't get a different dose than what was prescribed without the provider's okay).

You don't "control" what medicine is prescribed to you, either. You can ask your doctor for a different one covered by your insurance, or for a different med if the current one's side effects are too much for you, for example, but you can't stroll up to the pharmacy and say, "nah.....I'm not taking Paxil, gimme Prozac instead."

Over the counter drugs almost always still have a "prescription strength" version, so yeah, they can be lumped in with the "controlled" ones for legal purposes.....ie, why you can't mail ibuprofen, even to your beloved child with a horrible headache in the middle of the Everglades, unless you also happen to be the kid's pharmacist filling a script.

I don't think I would post saying that I was at the nexus of a potential criminal conspiracy and illegal drug distribution network on Twitter.

Is this guy still suing Blair White for saying he caused a suicide?

Tried looking it up and I'm not sure if they even got the case started. My memory is foggy so I cannot remember whether or not the case got thrown out.

However I do know this, Blaire White is still making stereotypical conservative content on Youtube while Eli here is continuing to advertise his little keffals-esque pill empire.

Safe to say nothing has changed, I think. Maybe it's still ongoing. But for now I think we can successfully make fun of Eli for trying to make Blaire an example, and having months go by if not years.

She says she lives in NYC but the address on the meds have Cali address on them. Also if that's one of her houses, she literally doxed herself.
Eli is from Willits, CA. His parents still live there. My guess is he “lives” in NYC but his primary address is through his parents. Also mom is a medical doctor, so I wonder if that’s a factor.

Is Mommy writing the scripts for her darling genderspecial?

It's not illegal, but if she's doing it on the reg, it's certainly unethical. If she's writing them, knowing or suspecting Eli is going to send it to someone else she's never seen as a patient......that's interesting.

From a prosecution standpoint, that is.

==================

Anyway, that house is apparently for sale. I didn't think it was possible to get a house and a 21 acre chunk of land in California for under a million, but here it is on Zillow. Maybe the pink room is Eli's?

Got 625k?

Whoever lives here hasn't paid their 2023 property taxes, though. Oops.

The photos in the listing are not of the Erlick family so it is possibly a rental property of theirs at this time that they are looking to sell or it was already sold and the records don’t reflect it.

Eli’s parents are now listed at an address in Sebastopol, CA, but I’m not sure how accurate any of these realty scrape records are.

Wonder why their old address is listed on Eli’s scripts unless he’s offloading old meds, which might give credence to @Trombonista ’s theory that Eli has long stopped taking anything. He sure has a lot of bottles of drugs he’s giving out.

OK yeah, I see that now, all scheduled drugs are considered controlled substances.

Still, the punishments for crimes relating to schedule III and lower drugs are basically nothing unless the prosecutors specifically want to make an example out of you.

I think it'll be really hard to sic the law on Eli et al for moving just estrogen and related tranny drugs. Maybe if he does it in a red state, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

So like ADF, he's detransitioned but won't admit it?
