It sounds like we'd totally get fucked if we tried to force socialized health insurance here. Look at all the fatties.

Yeah your employer would tell you they were paying 20% of whatever you had taken out of your check and the rates they got for group insurance was a steal. Then corpos realized they didn't have to do any of that at all so they stopped doing it, giving sick days, vacation, and you only weren't covered by insurance but if you went to the hospital for 1 day you were fired.

This IS what it was here. The question was "before ACA" and that is what it was like. The ACA forced health insurance companies to 1: not deny anyone and 2: being forced to cover certain things like idk, yearly checkups. If they don't want to be on the marketplace then they're free to do whatever they want if they can get people to pay them.

How about how the camps were luxury country clubs until the allies nuked their infrastructure and they began to get sick of typhus and starve to death because they couldn’t get medicine or food in regular intervals. Is that why Americans are still paging “reparations” to Jews in Israel?

On top of this, when Obama got working hours got changed to fulltime from 40 to being 30/32, a lot of FT jobs got cut and they just hired two part timers or squeezed the duties into 28 hours of part time work to avoid paying your healthcare.

Getting a FT position was damn near impossible during this time and now you can hardly get a part time one in your own field. Now? Don't even worry about wether or not they got benefits. You're just lucky to have anything.

On top of this, if your company is under a certain size, they do not have to even offer benefits. If you're an independent contractor, you get no benefits from your company you're contracted under etc. there's a lot of ways a person whose working full-time or multiple part times (equaling full) is getting fucked over by Jewish healthcare. Plus we can't get housing as easily as our parents did with these jobs, food is far more expensive, and retards are STILL sending taxes for overseas DEI, let in every illegal, thinking we need to send anything but a nuke to Israel, the current unstable AI bubble, and NOW trying to get us to send EBT gibs to Carnival Cruise passengers.

Can second this - went to Walmart near brother's house for Halloween party this evening (moderately high black and Hispanic community). Half empty parking lot and all white inside besides workers, there's normally quite a few browns and blacks.
 
No video, but I just had an interesting experience at the grocery store earlier:

I am at the local store grabbing a few things, and I stop to look at some sale item in the store. Some obese, dark brown Hispanic woman comes up to me with a full cart and asks me to buy her groceries for her. I am genuinely flabbergasted, because usually beggars at least have the good nature to wait outside of the store to harass you, but then I realize she is serious and genuinely thought some random dude would buy her cart full of groceries for her. I tell her something to the effect of "go beg somewhere else, you fucking parasite", and the bitch gives me attitude like I inconvenienced her by not immediately buying her a cart full of groceries just because she asked me to spend a few hundred dollars feeding some fat stranger. God damnit, at least send the skinny member of your family to beg for free food rather than the 300+ pound, 5' tall ogress that could afford to go half a year without a meal and still be fat.

She went to the store knowing she would be unable to pay, filled up her whole cart, and then begged a stranger? Crazy.
