Every high ranking member in the top echelons of EA have exhibited crippling mental retardation. I cannot begin to describe how much I hate them.

EA ranks right next to SOE as companies I will never do business with again. SOE earned that with SWG, and EA earned it with BF3.

How they thought they'd get by with this in the first place is beyond me.
 
What was truly awful about the whole system was how it destroyed archivability of the games. Imagine if half of Citizen Kane was unviewable because there are no new copies left.
