But after the macross deal was finalized Sony stood to benefit from both parties coming to the table and they've had the rights to a macross movie, merch, and media releases for eons at this point and all they've been able to do is sit on them and do nothing major with them due to the legal issues that plagued the IP. So since Macross can now be allowed to make money in other areas of the world now, people put two and two together.

I think there was supposed to be a Capcom collaboration with Monster Hunter Rise later this month so maybe we'll see something on that on the 14th. Other than that, looking forward to the Nintendo Direct myself.
