That seemed pretty good, it at least didn't waste my time with too much bullshit and even when I didn't care about a game it moved on from it pretty quickly. I'm very happy about BOTW 2 as I thought the first game was a good idea, but it needs to be expanded upon more and I hope the sequel does that. Good smash reveals for some people, no one I really wanted, but I respect that they exist especially Banjo.

How fucking nice was it to just have an E3 where the company just shows games, no pitchman bullshit. No need to go and explain why this game is so important and why you need to play it.

And then they just pull out Banjo Kazooie, damn, well done. No one can argue about who won E3 this year.

a stunner of a direct. No More Heroes 3 alone would have left me satisfied but a lot of what they showed looked real good. Luigi's Mansion 3 looks super fun, panzer dragoon got a surprise return, contra looks jank but fun, and animal crossing looks cute af. a lot of what they showed didn't resonate with me but there was plenty that did and after a slog of an E3 it's nice to see something consistently interesting.

Knew Animal Crossing would be delayed.

It seems like its a mashup of that deserted island mini-game and pocket camp. Speaking of it you likely can link it to pocket camp.

Now for Banjo and Kazooie, I hope it means an actual Banjo Three-ie as I refuse to count Nuts and Bolts as the third BK game.

So now that E3 is done I’ll give my final list of the shit I’m interested in, gameplay or no:
-Cyberpunk
-Ghostwire Tokyo
-Elden Ring
-Avengers
-No More Heroes 3
-BOTW 2

Overall still a pretty shit E3, I know people will sperg about Banjo in Smash and Animal Crossing but I don’t really care about those two franchises (Smash was fun for like a month). 5/10.

I have to agree with everyone that Nintendo won this year's E3 by far. That's what all the publishers should do in my opinion; just present the games, stop trying to be Hollywood, focus on fun gameplay and spare us the behind the scenes faggotry about the devs, muh inclusion and Twitch nobodies no one on God's green Earth cares about.

Square Enix had a good chance of coming out on top as they gave the audience a collective orgasm with Final Fantasy 7, but man did they shit the bed afterwards.

Of all the games presented this year I'm totally into the Final Fantasy 7 remake, Tales of Arise, Cyberpunk 2077 and Borderlands 3. No More Heroes 3, the new Contra and Astral Chain may make me consider the option of maybe getting a Switch. Maybe.
