As long as suppressed guns can still be found or made then there's still options for crowd controlling without immediately starting an undead chimpout in an open space.

I haven't found one, looking online says I am on quest 6 out of 17 right now and am level 9.

Dying Light 1 was a great game and at the time people didn't care you were actually surrounded by browns and nogs, since they weren't cringe characters. So many great moments. Even now, I remember the mission on the bridge where you had to climb really high, then dive away.
DL2 was... meh.
So, as the saying goes, fools me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
I will wait and see.
I will wait for patches and for discounts and once I gathered more info, I'll decide if I'll get the game.
But, as it stands, I will not buy or play this game on release.

Yea the demographics here are a bit weird, I went into a hardware store to loot it and out of the twenty or so zombies inside probably 13 were black. There's a lot of Tyrone zombies in this game to the point where it looks like RE5 at times.

I don't really care though cause they're just mindless enemies you kill.

Im being aware and not obsessed, after the latest happenings. It have shown the game companies are full of extreme leftis activists that are gonna push their woke politics in games as much they can. So sharing information on woke bs in games is important. People need to know what they get into.

Keep getting a bug where after an hour or two the day night cycle breaks, normally during the daytime, and causes it to never advance.
Here I am "12 hour to daylight" with a volatile ahead of me, but it's bright as midday.

You can fix this by going to the cot in the safe house and resting. Also if you're playing co op and you get this bug everyone in your party has to rest at the cot.

Resting doesn't fix it, going back to the main menu does.
 
I didn't know there was a third game. Dead Island was a very mediocre co-op grindfest and Dying Light was just that but with Parkour from what I remember, Dying Light 2 was just more of that so I assume Dying Light 3 isn't going to rock anyone's world either. Is it actually good or what?
 
Right now I am getting a weird issue where the framerate experiences turbulence between 30 and regular uncapped after three hours of playing, but I don't know if it's the actual game, me using XeSS ultra plus on a non-intel GPU, or me using the latest proton-ge that came out before the game did meaning there's no tweaks implemented for it yet.
Also I need to stop locking in on the main story beats, my stupid ass actually thought it was a good idea to head into the Mist fight without any molotovs and an axe out.

Room temperature IQ take. I agree Dead Island is very trashy. But thinking Dead Island 1 and Dying Light 1 is on the same level is retarded. Maybe you just don't like zombie games?

Both are mediocre, one has more meat than the other but they're both mid. Dead Island 2 had more life than the first one, Dying Light 2 just looks like more of the first. There is much better zombie franchises than this, which is why I am confused why there is a third one.

NGL I didnt even notice this until now. The first one was based in the middle east or some shit so it made more sense. 2 and 3 are based in europe so it doesnt make sense.... The zombies look like how they should in a south america setting

are you on nvidia? I saw some reports of a bug with nvidia and mouse polling rate of all things causing stutter. I am running it on linux with an AMD gpu and aside from FSR4 not working at all (linux issue) its been perfectly fine


The damn grab mechanic is the worst part of this game and I pray it gets patched out or someone mods this shit. I am so fuckin annoyed being grabbed all the time
