Don't become a King Cobra JFS. Enjoy a single beer after work or during the weekend but be careful you don't grow dependent on alcohol, and remember to drink water during your boozing. Alcohol dehydrates you.
 
They key is to drink as much as you can, as quickly as you can. Otherwise your body will start to try and fight against you by making you throw up or pass out. So you have to hit it hard and catch your body by surprise.

This depends on what your goal is of course. I'm assuming you want to speedrun bridge life.
 
I curbed my drinking by taking on more fun activities and only drinking pricey liquors. I'm down to a glass or two every couple weeks. When I do drink more on rare occasions, it's more fun. Alcholism is horrific, fix the issue now.

Ethanol (regular alcohol) is OK, but what companies don't want you to know is that isopropyl alcohol is so much better. Tastes better (no burn!), gets you drunker faster, and there's no hangover.
IPA will actually get you drunker A LOT longer than ethanol.

The increased time it takes to metabolize is what contributes to increased damage and lethality, however. But it will get you drunk like ethanol.

More fun facts: MOST denatured alcohol is “safe” (we’re talking relatively, it’s all poison) to drink and is generally just adulterated with Butyl-alcohol which is less palatable. Research is showing that it’s actually less harmful than ethanol!

What you really want to do is get yer mitts on 99.9% absolute alcohol and cut it 1:1 with water. You want absolute because the manufacturing process doesn’t use benzine.
